Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

This location has literally gone into the dumpster within the past year. I don’t even know if an adult works here or if the manager just doesn’t care. The past 4 times I’ve gone here, my order has been completely messed up. I tried to give it another chance, but today was the last straw.

1. Ordered a Heath Cupfection — they gave me Brownie.
2. Ordered a chicken strip basket — waited 10 minutes at the window, only to get it and everything was ice cold. Meanwhile, they were just goofing off behind the counter.
3. Ordered a Heath Cupfection — they gave me a Heath Blizzard.
4. Ordered 2 Superman Blizzards — they gave me two Blizzard cups with plain vanilla ice cream.

At this point, the constant mistakes feel intentional. I wouldn’t be surprised if this location closes down like the movie theater and O’Charley’s.

This location frequently messes up blizzards. But tonight was by far the worst. My brownie blizzard had very little brownie but plenty of peanut and coffee chunks. My sister’s cookie dough blizzard as well featured peanut butter. And mom’s cheesecake blizzard had virtually no cheesecake in it but was sure to feature Oreos and chocolate chips. Mistakes happen but when it’s a consistent issue and THIS bad, you gotta say something.

No problems in drive thru. Quick and efficient service. Strawberry -banana milkshake in this visit.

My Wife and I stopped by For a Bannanasplit for each of us, our order was all Vanilla s/s and Hot Fudge (only) and Vanilla s/s Chocolate Fudge on the Top + Marcmello Cream on the Top. With whipped Cream on top, which We DID NOT ASK FOR. .

This place is so bad. Ordered a chicken basket and didn’t come with ANY chicken. Asked for my $ back and was told had to het a credit for next visit….I assumed this was for entire meal they screwed up, but nope. Just for the chicken. So despite them ruining one night’s dinner and forcing me to return, they get to screw up 2 night’s dinner plans. Awful customer service. The fries 1st tie. Had hair too, so questionable food handling to go with that awful service. Can’t recommend.

I went here during normal business hours just to be told the store was closed.

Food and service is great, but boy howdy does it make Old John's Blood pressure go up. Always a great experience nontheless.

It's not bad. The workers are always nice, and the food is actually good after adding a bit of salt to them. I get something different every time I come here and haven't been disappointed by anything yet. I love their freezes with the soft serve, and the fries are probably my favorite right now in terms of fast food places in the area. I also always come here to get an ice cream cake on my birthday, and it is always good and refreshing to eat.
