Don’t ever come to this establishment and purchase anything. I ordered a fish sandwich from this restaurant. The employee microwaved the sandwich with tarter sauce on it. Disgusting. I asked for my food to be on a tray because I want to dine in. The employee informed me they stop giving out tray because of Covid. This is 2025! If this is the case remove all chairs and tables. Horrible service and experience. Never ever going to that location again.

I got the hot dog meal the hot dog was kind of dry I asked for extra onion and they've only put to the itty bitty pieces on it tough to eat barely warm the only thing that was really really good was the chocolate sundae

This evening at about 7.30 pm with some of my friends, we went to your place in Georsgeville Square to get a chocolate blizzard as we have done few times over this past summer. A young man in red hood sweatshirt was rude taking our orders telling us we don't do chocolate blizzard 2 or 3 times. The third time, he said I told you we don't do chocolate blizzard louder. Then we came up to pay for different orders, and the cashier, young man with a blue tee shirt, was cordial, ask us to repeat our oder. We were repeating our orders we also added that we weere surprised not getting chocolate blizzards but could not. The rude young man interrupted all of us, jumped in front of his colleague and got more rude, nasty and told us: I told you, you were not going to get chocolate blizzards so asking another person is not going to get you one.
Then after paying,, we received our orders. The rude young man came back and said give me your cup, took it off our hands and with no explanation came back. No idea what he did.

I am very surprised, disappointed how the customer service was poor or none from that young man.
Don't you advertise for your chocolate or different flavors of blizzards products?

And if at this time you are out just say so. If you don't like your job, change and let someone who will be more patient.

Normally when we come to this location there is something wrong with our order, however, tonight I don't know what crew they have working tonight but they are the best. The guy taking our order was polite, courteous and the food???Fresh fries, crispy onion rings hot burgers and they made the best banana split blizzard with light chocolate syrup. Thanks guys!!!

This location has literally gone into the dumpster within the past year. I don’t even know if an adult works here or if the manager just doesn’t care. The past 4 times I’ve gone here, my order has been completely messed up. I tried to give it another chance, but today was the last straw.

1. Ordered a Heath Cupfection — they gave me Brownie.
2. Ordered a chicken strip basket — waited 10 minutes at the window, only to get it and everything was ice cold. Meanwhile, they were just goofing off behind the counter.
3. Ordered a Heath Cupfection — they gave me a Heath Blizzard.
4. Ordered 2 Superman Blizzards — they gave me two Blizzard cups with plain vanilla ice cream.

At this point, the constant mistakes feel intentional. I wouldn’t be surprised if this location closes down like the movie theater and O’Charley’s.
