I ordered a chili dog meal without cheese when I got home the cheese looked like it was put on thick then placed in the microwave. unedible fries seem old

Dairy Queen is a very good place. I recommend it. They only have a few mistakes sometimes probably about once a week and their service is very good. They gave my dog a pup cup!!!

The people at this store are probably the most friendliest I've ever experienced. I have noticed it over several visits. The food is what I would expect at dairy queen. But the smile and the kindness was five star all the way!!!

I ordered a banana split and once I got home to eat it I realized there was no banana in it. The manager wanted me to drive back to make another one. Why inconvenience myself, you made the mistake. You should hve refunded part of my money at least but that is not the point
....it was a freakin banana split with no banana! I will never visit that DQ again. The manager (whoever was there today at 530 pm) was not customer oriented.

This is a great DQ. Ive always had good experiences in the drive through, but today was my first time inside. The young men working were very prompt, friendly, and professional. I appreciated how fast the food came and how clean everything was. Honestly, great.

The difference between the different ones is amazing cone size vary prices are all over the map.

I order 2 LARGE sundays fairly frequently, and in the past 2 months they have been giving me smalls. When inquiring about it, the employee stated the owner makes them weigh every item, and they have to be under the minimum weight. So instead of two largest, I get a total of one large Sunday for the price of two.
Absolutely scummy behavior from the owner, and this is the last time I am getting screwed by you. I spend $60-$80 a week at your store, and your losing a loyal customer to save a few pennies per ice cream.

I don’t come to Dairy Queen often, I came spontaneously today and didn’t know what I wanted/what they had, the girl in the window was so rude and unprofessional for no reason. I get that it’s dq, not a “professional” place but being rude right off the bat for nothing is just crazy. I know I’m definitely not the first to experience this either. Some people just need to be taught basic manners

I had an issue with doordash completely botching my order in several ways, I called in and asked to speak with a manager, and got Jack. I could tell he was extremely busy, but he still took the time to step away and spend 5 minutes helping me over the phone trying to get me pointed in the right direction, keeping a professional demeanor the entire time. Give Jack a raise, he's worth every penny!
