I don’t come to Dairy Queen often, I came spontaneously today and didn’t know what I wanted/what they had, the girl in the window was so rude and unprofessional for no reason. I get that it’s dq, not a “professional” place but being rude right off the bat for nothing is just crazy. I know I’m definitely not the first to experience this either. Some people just need to be taught basic manners

I had an issue with doordash completely botching my order in several ways, I called in and asked to speak with a manager, and got Jack. I could tell he was extremely busy, but he still took the time to step away and spend 5 minutes helping me over the phone trying to get me pointed in the right direction, keeping a professional demeanor the entire time. Give Jack a raise, he's worth every penny!

The service, the employees were EXCELLENT....BUT the chicken basket tenders are RIDICULOUSLY small, and the shrimp are SMALL salad shrimp. A small cone is over $3 dollars...I spent $50 on salad shrimp 🙄

Could management please contact me please, I am here at this dairy queen and I come here every other day with my kids and the lady Madison or something like that , she is so dame rude and she said she is a manager, I sure hope not , I got a Sunday and it literally had barely any peanut butter barely any peanuts on I paid for the peanuts. I walked in and asked him if they could remake it because it literally looked like the worst peanut butter sundae I've ever seen and I've come here so much. She told me that she's the one that made it she wasn't remaking it it looked perfectly fine to her that she was a manager and I told her to keep it. No I was going to be talking to someone tomorrow and she said that she did not care. I was still waiting on my food so when my food did come out I asked her for her name. She gave me her name but then she stood at my car and told me that she wasn't willing to remake it unless I paid extra but I already paid extra for the peanuts and there was like seven peanuts on there and just a tad little bit of peanut butter . now the rest of my food is cold while my wife is went back in to pay for extra peanut butter and peanuts when I already paid extra for it. Could management please get a hold of me. I am very upset after spending almost $25 every other day . But even 25.00 just about tonight . So now as of right now my wife just came out spending more money on this one sundae . Now I don't even want this food , or this ice cream, she was so nasty of a person . I came in the drive thru around 7:55 p.m or shortly after on March 5th 2025

So now today is 3/11/25 and I have spoken with a lady named Kim that says she is the owner but she refuses to make things right , and said go ahead and call dairy Queen go just kick it back to me and that she is not going to do anything about it . This is very crazy and very sad , dairy Queen please do a better job on kicking people to buy your franchise . I'm going to continue to raise hell until I get my money back because it was very unfair how we got treated and how our food was messed up.

Not only did me and my wife way over pay for a peanut butter sundae. We didn't even get all of our food once we got home . That lady tonight was very rude and after working 12 hours and trying to grab a bit to eat before work the next day and the manager Maddie or something like that. On March 5th around 8 pm . She gave my wife a peanut butter sundae with peanuts on it with hardly any peanut butter any ice cream or any peanuts and then refused to remake it unless we paid extra when we already paid extra. Just to get home and see that our chicken strip baskets have less chicken strips and what's supposed to be in them and my son's sandwich was made wrong . This is just very upsetting. Could a manager or an owner reach out to me or my wife about this situation

The chicken tenders were old and dry with no taste and the fries were old and not tasty overall the experience with the food was very disappointing everything was dull and unpleasant, there was very little amount of sauce in the sandwich.
