By far the worst DQ in Columbus. They barely put any ingredients in their blizzards. Even when I ask and PAY for extra of certain things. They cost way too much to be skimping out. No salt on pretzels sticks. Workers don’t care at all about the quality of food or accuracy. This has happened too often, I won’t be returning.

Went through the drive-thru and got one 4-piece chicken tender basket with a side of honey mustard and a 4-piece sauced and tossed chicken tender basket with a side of ranch. We left without checking the bag and when we opened it we realized they gave us two 4-piece chicken tender baskets with a side of honey mustard and then we checked the receipt and they charged .90 cents for a large fry on the meal when we didn’t ask for it. We went back to get the sauced and tossed bbq basket and handed them back the other basket. They gave me a basket with the same exact meal I just handed back to them but with a side of bbq instead of honey mustard. I was upset mainly because it wasn’t what I ordered and also because it was $1 extra for the sauced and tossed. I handed it back to them and said it still wasn’t tossed and they finally got my order right. We went to eat and there was a white hair in the order with the honey mustard sauce and When we were at the window we could hear them saying “it’s only a dollar”. No, it’s the principle. Do not go here

The overall experience wasn’t bad. The staff seemed friendly enough. They did have us pull off to the side even though it was only one car behind us at the time. Not a big deal though. Usually that means they’re making at least some of your food fresh, so we didn’t mind the extra wait time. The lady that brung out our food was pleasant, so we thought everything was fine. We get home and take our food out the bag and was in disbelief. I’ve never seen anything like that. I mean, not with fries at least. I wish I woulda thought to take a picture of all three fries that night because they were all the same. The picture I posted was from the next day because I left my wife’s food in the fridge (she was at work at the time) and she left it as well thinking it was someone else’s leftover fries. That’s how bad it was. It was funny in that moment. We laughed about it. Then I got home and was reminded just how disrespectful that amount of fries was and got irritated all over again. The night before it was late. My son and I had a school event and we just wanted to eat and go to bed. So although we were shocked and upset, we were too tired to dwell on it. Anyways, you all can see the pictures. There’s no way someone accidentally did this. I’m assuming they were short on fries or whatever, but you don’t give someone that small amount when they are paying full price. I’d rather have just gotten one full fry and be told they ran out and saved my money. But to not say ANYTHING and hand me the bag like everything is normal, that’s just plain disrespectful. I will Never go there again. I mean seriously, what is wrong with people these days? To think that is ok to do to a paying customer. And I’m always Super polite. I can see if I was mean or disrespectful maybe, but I never am. Just frustrating..Other than that, the burgers were good. I’ll never have it again though. Not worth it. Btw this was on the night of 9/8/23.

Best chicken tenders ever ? And the fact that they have the white country gravy as a choice for dipping sauce makes it my go to fast food restaurant. Workers are usually always friendly and I've never gotten cold food from here.
