Made an account just to review how incredibly horrible this place is. Do NOT come here.

Not only did the drive-thru take 30 mins, but the lady rung up our tenders as a burger and never gave us the receipt. We come back to fix the issue, and the counter lady puts us off to the side to wait after having to already wait in line just to fix our original order. She rudely dismissed us and it wasn't until a second time through waiting in the line that she finally took time to acknowledge and try to fix our problem, with a lot of sarcasm. Ultimately never fixed our issue because the drive-thru lady didn't do her job and give us a receipt. Their kitchen had trash all over it and people handling food without gloves. Actually disgusting and needs shut down.

The wait takes forever in the drive thru i don’t know how it is on the inside but im sure it’s the same it can be two people in the line and it takes 10 minutes to order and it’s more than one person working and the customer service is trash they must be depressed talking all low and slow you can barely Hear them and they like to get rude with you because their the ones talking low like hello find a better job I don’t want to feel your sadness while I’m happy trying to get ice cream leave it at the door ( ashy cheese on the hot dog that i thought was supposed to be melted cheese , but the strawberry kiwi slushy was the best thing )

Sat down at the table to eat my food. I sit down then I opened the box, there was Barely any BBQ on my tenders. They felt like cardboard when I tried one, I had to wrestle a bite. The fries were inedible and the toast had no butter on it. Needs to be an ice cream only location honestly.

The experience at this location differs greatly from the one on Indianola that I frequently visit. Customer service is lacking, and while that is not my primary concern, the food I received was haphazardly thrown together and carelessly placed in the container. I am uncertain about the quality of the meat used, and although Dairy Queen is not particularly known for their food, the overall eating experience was subpar, from the ice cream I purchased for the children to the meal I ordered. I typically believe in giving establishments like this a second chance, but regrettably, I cannot do so in this case. The level of care, both in customer service and food preparation, is simply inadequate.

Took 20 minutes for 2 small blizzards with nobody in line. Not even busy. Staff is just talking between themselves and goofing off. Customers before me also complained about how long their order took.
