Probaly the worst Dairy Queen in Ohio!! Depending on which group of people are working will depend on if you get decent or flat out horrible service! * dont be in a rush and come here *

I ordered a single cheeseburger combo, and someone literally took an old sandwich and reheated it in the microwave... The sandwich is literally crushed...... I just ate my fries and threw the sandwich away because it's un edible. I ordered a small superman blizzard for my son and I received it melted and I had to place it in the freezer when I got home. The lady also forgot my drink as well. I'm tired of paying my hard earned money for awful food. I don't care how long it takes pull me up and I'll wait on my food. I hate wasting my money, because now I have to throw this in the trash.
This location is kinda slow but the food is always fresh and the staff is always friendly they keep the restaurant clean I have no complaints other than the slowness but I guess if u want fresh food it’s worth a little wait time

Let you sit in the drive through for twenty minutes, and then you go in to get your stuff and they act like you didn't buy anything
Haven’t been here in years so decided to go first chance I got. Got the new pup cups as well as trying the very much in season Orange dream shake.! 10/10 would recommend trying this on the next hottest day

This location needs to be closed , the staff is all teenagers that are rude , unprofessional they really need to be trained again, or let go, the wait time is very long for no reason at all ,except the staff are goofing off. The food is never hot or fresh. The ice cream was soupy like the machine temperatures aren’t being check daily. The manager was unprofessional and rude and had an attitude when her staff crew didn’t give me my correct order. She was very unapologetic and around 6:30pm they were already closing off the dining area. The restaurant is listed as closing at 9:30 on the website. They don’t know how to properly scan the rewards app either. I won’t be going back to this location for a while, start having district managers do pop up at these locations and do better. Properly train the staff or retrain if needed. It shouldn’t be this many negative reviews for the location.
Hate this location. They are so slow, there was no one else there and they took 10 minutes for ONE chocolate milkshake. Asked for whipped cream in the drive through and the guy overflowed the cup! This is also beyond going slow, it's like they go out of their way to waste customer's time. I've worked in the service industry, I have respect for people who do it, I know customers can be karens but this isn't that. The employees clearly don't respect anyone or the job they are doing.

Never going again. Patiently kept going back for years because it's close to my home, but we're DONE. The service here is slow, and even when they DO talk to you, they're rude because they're mad you made them work. Can't wait to get the same copy/pasted apology from the owner while they continue to do nothing about their horrible staff.

The last 4 times I have been here haven't been that great. Staff have been rude. Theygvae me someone else's order and it took several minutes just to give it back to them and tell them it wasn't mine (in the drive thru). The line is always moving slow. And today myself and another customer walked out because we were waiting to give them our order (inside) for well over 7 minutes and numerous staff walked by and didn't acknowledge either of us or ask for our order or even say they'll be right with us. Customer service skills and professionlism go a long way and this place just doesn't have it. Won't be going back to this location.

Made an account just to review how incredibly horrible this place is. Do NOT come here.
Not only did the drive-thru take 30 mins, but the lady rung up our tenders as a burger and never gave us the receipt. We come back to fix the issue, and the counter lady puts us off to the side to wait after having to already wait in line just to fix our original order. She rudely dismissed us and it wasn't until a second time through waiting in the line that she finally took time to acknowledge and try to fix our problem, with a lot of sarcasm. Ultimately never fixed our issue because the drive-thru lady didn't do her job and give us a receipt. Their kitchen had trash all over it and people handling food without gloves. Actually disgusting and needs shut down.

The wait takes forever in the drive thru i don’t know how it is on the inside but im sure it’s the same it can be two people in the line and it takes 10 minutes to order and it’s more than one person working and the customer service is trash they must be depressed talking all low and slow you can barely Hear them and they like to get rude with you because their the ones talking low like hello find a better job I don’t want to feel your sadness while I’m happy trying to get ice cream leave it at the door ( ashy cheese on the hot dog that i thought was supposed to be melted cheese , but the strawberry kiwi slushy was the best thing )
