The food was super hot for the fries and chicken strips we ordered, and the condiments and ice cream were super cold. I feel like the ladies I met here today must take pride in their jobs. They were so kind and warm--the kind of customer service that makes you want to go out of your way to return again to experience that all over again.

The best Dairy Queen in Columbus, Ohio. Their burgers actually look like the picture. And the taste is not to be compared to a regular fast food place. I keep coming back because the ice cream is also made with love. Everything here is 5 star. ❤️❤️❤️Kid-friendliness: They don't mind that my children explore they don't complain. The hamburger taste like it was cooked in the microwave sauge bread don't understand how it's even still open and ice cream didn't taste soft like it it was 2 day old ice cream that would not happen if they would clean the ice cream machine each night and be like some other dairy queen and sell dayvold pail ice cream and do they cook on the grail any more or microwave there food hamburger taste like it and chicken fingers are hard like a brick

My granddaughter got a Pumpkin spice Blizzard which is really good. I got a cup of chocolate ice cream with sprinkles also very good.. service was fast

Staff was friendly, courteous, and prompt. I ordered a mint m&m Blizzard. Although I was charged extra for the mint, there was very little in the Blizzard, next to nothing.
