Simply but beautifully decorated. I liked the window into the back of the bakery where you could see bannetons galore! Unique selection of pastries and breads, and the presentation made it easy to choose what we wanted. Superb lamination and flavor. Highly recommend!

The best local, bakery made pastries you will find in Columbus. While the prices are a little steep, you are paying to indulge in something truly heavenly. The cardamom cruffin and the egg and bacon pastry were flawless. Also it is a pick up and go kind of place, no seating but still very nice vibes.

I think these are some of the best pastries I’ve ever eaten. I ordered the butter croissant, ham & gruyere croissant, egg & bacon danish, morning bun, and vanilla raspberry cruffin. The egg & bacon danish and ham & gruyere croissant were incredible! I love savory pastries and these delivered. And the butter croissant was soooo fluffy and buttery and I could have eaten ten more. I’d love to try the sourdough next time I visit.

Drove 3 hours to Columbus to come here and it was so worth it and Chloe was so sweet and helpful! Olive polenta bread was out of this world.
This place is fantastic and the service is great! The staff are super friendly and helpful. The croissants are always delicious and there are many wonderful varieties of breads. The blue cheese loaf and the fig nut loaf personal favorites. It's a tiny place and a little tricky to find, but totally worth the trip!

If you like anything about baked goods, you have to try Dan the Baker. They’re the best I’ve ever had. From the croissants to the bread to the cookies, it’s all fantastic. It’s in an unassuming place and would love to see them expand into a sit down cafe, but they are such a treat to take home too.

Drove 60 miles to try it. Great service and the breads and breakfast fare is very tasty. They are planning expansion and that's a great idea. Very nice lady at the counter. Dine in will be very helpful.
