Secretly charge 5% service fee on all orders. Overpriced for tiny portions, taste is whatever - not worth what you pay that’s for sure

My food was average. Here is my summary:
Buffalo chicken salad - great lettuce mix, fresh vegetables, small size for $13, with cold, chopped chicken tossed in what is supposed to be buffalo sauce (I think?) that ruined the entire salad
Breaded mushrooms - solid but for $4 you only get 4 mushrooms, $1 each
Matzo ball soup - well there was one matzo ball in it with one slice of carrot and a small piece of chicken, if all you want is a matzo ball and broth with dill then it does the job, it's fine for $5

The food is good, but the weekly specials are never right. Please update the online and in-store screen menus to match the chalkboard specials
I’ve always said if the place you’re going to eat at has stairs descending from street level in order to enter, then it’s going to be really good food. I know, it’s a strange rule but you’ve got to trust me on it.
The downward stair rule holds! Such a wonderful little pace to get a filling breakfast before my flight home. Super delicious and the staff was lovely! Thanks guys!!

Ordered a gyro platter to go and when I unwrapped the gyro, there wasn’t hardly any meat on it and the pita bread was crumbly. The $4.00 French fries weren’t worth the money either. I won’t go back.

Good food but the weekly special menu is never correct. Please update your online menu and in store screen menu to reflect what the actual special is on the chalkboard. It is very confusing.

Ok my first time here. I heard lots of mixed reviews so I thought it's time to decide for myself. I'm not a fan. I heard fresh burger and thought that sounded yummy so I got a cheeseburger and fries.the burger is not like a normal burger. Patty smelled strange maybe they use liquid smoke or garlic I'm not sure exactly but I was not expecting it and the look of the patty itself is just off...the restaurant itself looks dirty....I like to walk into a food place that is clean and people look like they give a crap about it and themselves. Overall I give a 3. I'm not satisfied with the food or the price I paid for it. I most likely wouldn't suggest it or recommend to anyone.

I love everything about this little place. A nice little in shop deli style set up, nice clean booths and tables, great service, qnd great quality offerings for the price. Very family/children friendly place as well, my 5 year old son loves their burgers, thats if he has any room left after chowing down on their generous portion of fresh fries. Its hard for me to pick a favorite, almost any Deli sandwich. I'm a deli style guy. I've worked in some of the best settings as well as been a patron. You aren't doing yourselves any favors if you pass this place up if its qn option, or if you are close. One of the only places in town that even makes egg salad, also makes it the way that I prefer.

Reuben was really good today. Definitely better than last time. $17
Also, really like their breakfast burrito or wrap. $9
My Reuben sandwich was a little dry today, not as fresh as it usually is still a great place for lunch!
I wrote before and still not the charm.
I crave a good Hot Corned Beef sandwich often and I will drive to Cleveland to get one because this is not it.
I am from Cleveland and I know Danny’s Deli. When they opened in Columbus it was with the original family. Since becoming Danny’s Delicious not even close. The meat is too thick and so dry. The bread was like both ends - was I supposed to think my sandwich was bigger.
As for the atmosphere- clean your door glass and the glass display. A mop to the entry floor would be welcomed
Can’t say that I will try this location again.
Very clean.
I ordered the D's Delicious Club. The sandwich looks delicious with plenty of meat in the menu, but my sandwich was small with a couple pieces of ham and turkey and my toast was burned on the inside so I didn't see it until I bit into my sandwich..smh. I blame the cook because he served it to me like that. Damn shame though because that was my lunch and I didn't have any choice but to eat what I could of the sandwich. The service wasn't bad but the food was.
