Dave & Buster's Columbus - Polaris

Starting first walking in it was hard at first to find someone to let us know where to start after making a reservation. Once in restaurant being seated it was somewhat frustrating trying to get the eat and play combo as the options was only available to be vie online. When making the order requesting if there could be substitutes for the sides, was told yes but ended up just adding the side along with the fries. Making small requests such as the burgers contents on the side ended up having to ask after the food was already being placed in our table for the second time. The thing that upset our entire party was the the dirty looks and seemed to be slight attitudes all the servers and the food runners was giving each other as they had to interact amongst each other thev entire time we was dining going on around us.

Great birthday party! We had 3 boys for my son's eight year old birthday and they had a blast.

I reserved a table for 9. When I showed up I was told we would not be getting tables together because the manager forgot to turn off the reservations and my reservation was a double booking. The manager came over and told me it was because they have a different way to reserve and guarantee one table together. This service was beyond poor. Your employees at the Polaris location should be fired with the way they handled the situation. It was unprofessional. I will never come back to this establishment. You can thank your staff for that.

Rode the hippo and race car. There wasn’t a lot to do, but it was fun. The ticket amounts for each activity was pricey.

I purchased some credits, and after a few games they disappeared. When I asked for help I was told that I had spent all my credits, which I had not.

Went on a Wednesday during their half off day. Severely understaffed. Took awhile to get order out. Took even longer to pay bill. Server told us she was the only server for all tables. Which I fail to see how that’s my problem? Kind of a weird response and all we wanted to do was pay the bill. Which took over 20 minutes to do. If you don’t got the staff, why open? Honestly just go to the Hilliard location. It’s larger. And I’ve never had an issue there order or anything there.

Drinks were great, bar staff was friendly, the place was too packed. I wish it was larger so you were t bumped to bumper with people. Had to wait 15 minutes to get my prize at check out because the manager keeps it in the back and did not show up for so long. But the guy Jeff who fixes machines and ran the check out was great and so was the same haired girl with him. They did great! The parking was TERRIBLE on a bush Saturday, had to drive four lanes away and down at the end because it was so packed.

The girl with long brown hair working the ticket area was awful. She snatched the cards out of my hand and slammed her hand down on them and seemed insanely bothered to have to do her job. She was more interested in playing on her phone under the register in that cubby. Just an overall nasty attitude. Juniper, I believe was her name, was very pleasant and nice however!

No Avengers coin pusher, no JJ Bot, no Willy Wonka coin pusher, no Baseball Pro. SpongeBob coin pushers don't work right. No Gary's. I sad.

The staff was amazing. Our waitress went over and beyond. A bit loud in the bar area but to be expected with the games and kids. Overall the grandkids and ourselves enjoyed the first time visit.

It was a good time! Excellent food and service. I'll go back. Unrealistic expectations of winning enough tickets to get prizes. Clean environment.

Dave and busters food is so under rated. We'll worth the time to just get a meal there let alone all the great drink and game choices.
