I ordered the cauliflower sandwich meal, but instead received chicken. Mistakes happen, and I had no issue with that at first. When I called, the gentleman at the counter apologized, assured me I could come back at any time to get the correct order, and even wrote down my full name and phone number. I double-checked this with him and also took his name so everything would be smooth when I returned.
When I went back last night to get my correct order, the experience was extremely disappointing. The manager (or a worker acting as one) was very rude and disrespectful. Instead of honoring the information that was supposed to be written down, he demanded to see my bank statement as “proof.” The employees at the window were also unprofessional—rude, unfriendly, and speaking poorly behind the window.
I was frustrated because I was told this process would be simple, yet I was treated as though I was lying. I was even told I probably got chicken because of a shipment delay. After all this, I ended up driving away without my meal.
This was handled very poorly. If an order is messed up and you assure the customer you’ve taken their information for an easy resolution, they should not be met with disrespect, rudeness, and additional demands. The service at this location was unprofessional and unpleasant, and I will not be returning.

Last Sunday, we stopped by for lunch and the sliders were so good. We ended up ordering spice level hot and it was perfect 🤩 loved it. Will definitely recommend.

Huge portions, but unfortunately the food is garbage. It is covered in tasteless seasonings that I can only imagine is sand. Really difficult to eat. Better to just go for HCT or Canes

Food was pretty decent, but we got NO SAUCE in ANY of our meals despite even ASKING for EXTRA SAUCE, which was very disappointing. How does that even happen?? Don’t the meals COME with sauce? As a traveller, this was a pretty poor impression of Dave’s.

Worse chicken I have ever tasted. Granddaughter wanted to try due to Tik Tok saying how good it was. We both took a bite of the chicken and that was it. Picked up our trays and went straight to the trash cans and threw it all away. $43 dollars wasted!

Seasoned very well but not hot/spicy like I was hoping for. Got the hottest option and only got a little heat on the tail end. This is a great option for people who have a low spice tolerance, but if you’re someone like me who eats a lot of Korean, Thai, and Indian cuisine then you will find the heat very lacking. That said, this is still very good and much better than Cane’s in every way.
