The food is disappointing. Everything else was decent or better. This was a first for me in that the food was all cooked properly, but the sauces were poor. Lamb rack is $69, cooked perfectly, and paired with a sauce that tastes like a can of Heinz beans. Parmesan Gem salad dressing had no balance. Rosemary potatoes had no rosemary and a thick, weak aioli. On the other hand, the octopus had a nice sauce. Service = 4/5 Cleanliness = 5/5 Ambiance = 4/5 Food = 2/5

The front of house wasn't organized and took awhile to get seated for our reservation, we got given the wrong menus (lunch instead of dinner). Our server was great and no issues were her fault, she quickly fixed and gave us the correct menus. When we ordered a drink one of them came with a hair in it from the bar, just disappointing. The food was good just a bit bumpy of a dinner experiences.

I know it was a busy day like February 14th, but after sitting at the bar for 30 minutes, no one came to take my order. I had to grab the menu and wait until a waitress asked me what I wanted, brought my drink, and left.

Valentines was BUSY but I think any restaurant would've been the same. This was my third time at Del Mar at Easton and the food is good but still seems overpriced especially compared to other Cameron Mitchell's. Our server was great though, good at making you feel comfortable and was warm.

We had a wonderful experience at Del Mar for Valentine's Day. The ambiance is top notch, our service from Cole was excellent, and the food was delicious, especially the spicy feta dip and the Serrano Jamón. The only downside to our experience was the traffic and line to get to the valet parking for the restaurant, but this was a result of the extremely busy holiday. We would love to come back again!

Great overall ambiance and was pretty well decorated. However, the service was kind of slow but to be fair we came in early and were waiting on 2 more to show up in our party; our waitress was very accommodating as we had some dietary restrictions. I don't think this restaurant is worth it, the seafood platter was the best part of the night along with the desserts but don't order the espresso martini, way to strong and not as flavorful. We had ordered our entrees, and we had 3 of us order steak ribeye's all ordered medium rare. 2 of the 3 were raw but we were ok ya know mistakes happen, but it took a while for them to bring out the replacements and it was just awkward watching people eat, the mood was just ruined. The 2 replacements came out and only 1 of them came out perfect, so now we're waiting again for another steak. At this point we were over it; the server was great the experience was below average. For our first time at this restaurant I don't think we'll be back to Del Mar but if we do, we'll definitely not order the steaks again and stick with the seafood.
