Del Mar Mediterranean at Easton is a true gem! The shrimp mezza plate, rosemary parmesan potatoes, and glazed carrots with crème fraîche are unforgettable. Their prawns are huge, tender, and full of flavor, and the house-made hummus and dressing tie it all together. Beautiful decor, great service, and a perfect vibe for lunch or dinner. Mediterranean perfection—highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

One of my favorite restaurants in Easton!! The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing, especially the upstairs area with the glass roof. The seafood is always fresh and perfectly cooked. I loved the sea bass and the grilled shellfish platter. Service is friendly and professional. Highly recommend for a nice dinner or special occasion!!!!!

We have had the shellfish platter multiple times.
The first several times the lobster tails were fresh and sweet- just perfect. And the shrimp were excellent also.
The today and the last few times the lobster tail’s have been tough and not sweet like the first times.
Also we only got two shrimp today both tough and not sweet.
In the past we thought we got at least four shrimp in the small shellfish platter multiple times. We will return but...
