I’ve been to Del Mar many times over the years, and it has consistently been one of my favorite places to dine. My go-to dishes are the tomato salad, the open-fire roasted shellfish platter, and the lobster spaghetti — and they are excellent every single time. I've been to Del Mar many times, and it has consistently been one of my favorite places to dine. The food is always excellent, and the service from many staff members has been outstanding, which is why I continue to come back. Unfortunately, the service during my visit tonight did not meet the usual standard. My server, Ed, showed a noticeable lack of attentiveness. Before my lobster bisque came out, he briefly mentioned he had dropped off a soup spoon. I said “thank you”...

Server was amazing! She did an outstanding job of keeping up with drinks and spaced out ordering perfectly. She also has an outstanding smile and attitude. Filet was perfect as was my wife's aginoti with added Chicken.
