My family and I like to visit this location on weekends, we love this place! One of the most valuable things that we get from this restaurant is kindness, understanding, empathy and patience from the wonderful staff. We have an autistic toddler and every server we’ve had has been so incredibly awesome with her. They make us feel welcome and at home, it’s beyond appreciated in a world where judgement comes first and care comes second. I’m thankful to say that care comes FIRST here. The food is always great, as my older daughter would say “This place is DELISH!!” Thank you for the great experiences Delaney’s team :)

Snagged brunch with the wifey here. I ordered the Corned beef with eggs. Wifey ordered Avocado toast and blueberry pancakes. Corned beef was actually very tasty and with over-medium eggs. Yum! The Avo toast pretty basic, nothin special. But the blueberry pancakes were very good! Even had a slight crisp to the bottom. Overall enjoyed the meal and dine in.

Our waiter was Anastasia, she was the sweetest person ever. She was kind and just gave off that happy go lucky energy. Halfway through she came out with this huge zucchini, she was so excited.
Great experience. First time eating breakfast here. Service was excellent and all of the staff were friendly. Food was really good and good portions as well. Pricing was right where it seems it should be. Will definitely be back.

Had a hair in my food. My friend couldn't finish his food because he was grossed out. The manager came over, and my friend only ate half his food. They comped my meal, but not his. Shameful!! The waitress was great!

This was my first and last visit. On a good Saturday morning my son and I stopped here to have breakfast. I ordered French toast one side was cooked the other was soaked in egg wash. I asked the waitress Kate who was not attentive asked me if i wanted to keep the French toast that I had cut. I replied this is not cooked. We have been waiting on refills and napkins as we watch the waitress walk pass several times.
