My daughter asked for a straw which the server was going to reach for so she said “yea just give me a second” and was short with us the whole time. Plastic plates! Hash browns ordered extra crispy came out exactly like my daughter’s not ordered extra crispy. Atmosphere was boring

1st time there 5 stars, second time 3 Stars Here is why, 1st time amazing service , server hit us w so many sweethearts, hunnys, so welcoming, as soon as we were almost done....super muscular man swipes past us,....do you need boxes
2nd time... food was good but we both ordered the same thing and she got more eggs than me....then...we waited...and waited ....annnnd waited. I went to use the restroom and our server was very busy at the bar....then....waited
I finally asked another server, can we get our check please? She was great....brought it over.......finally our server comes out apologized....w a band aid on her hand....so sorry guys was taking care of this...

My family and I like to visit this location on weekends, we love this place! One of the most valuable things that we get from this restaurant is kindness, understanding, empathy and patience from the wonderful staff. We have an autistic toddler and every server we’ve had has been so incredibly awesome with her. They make us feel welcome and at home, it’s beyond appreciated in a world where judgement comes first and care comes second. I’m thankful to say that care comes FIRST here. The food is always great, as my older daughter would say “This place is DELISH!!” Thank you for the great experiences Delaney’s team :)
