we went the the Grandview location... baby... I love the diversity in the building... I love the waitress we got... the food was great... I did a video food review on my pages.. id you would like to view and watch what we order. how it was presented and the taste...
10/10... gotta bring my mom and sister next time...

My wife and I went there to eat and went to the hostess and requested a table for 3 in case a friend we were told 35 mins which we said fine. About 20/30 minutes in my friend said he wasn’t going to make it, and at time we switched it back to just 2 and I specifically asked if that changed our wait time and she said no. I said thanks and went and sat down. We were about 40 mins into our wait when another couple walked in and got seated about 3 mins later after they walked it. I approached the hostess to ask how much longer our wait would be. She said there were still 2 more people ahead of us. I asked how could that be when you just sat a couple of 2. She then proceeded to explain to me that they were already on the wait list, but didn’t answer their text to be seated but came in and were moved ahead of everyone. During this exchange she proceeded to call me hon, and sort of talk down to me. First off if someone doesn’t answer their text they don’t get to jump the line, second your hostess should not be calling people hon, 3rd don’t continue to tell people 35 mins when you know that isn’t even a good estimate. My wife and I left after waiting nearly an hour and still no one was being sat. Can’t rate the food but the little service we got wasn’t great, seemed disorganized and chaotic in the front. Plus the 20 some year old calling me hon is a huge turnoff.

First time trying this place, and unfortunately, it will likely be the last time.
To get the pros out first: Everyone was very kind and polite. Good service. The server I had was apologetic and prompt for the errors I did bring up to her. The restaurant was very quiet, and I appreciate that.
Unfortunately, the cheeseburger club I ordered was not good in a multitude of ways. I asked for mid-rare, and was given well-done. I asked for no lettuce + tomato, and it came out to me with lettuce. The sweet potato fries I ordered as a side were not fully cooked. The burger itself was very bland; it reminded me of the boiled hamburgers my elementary school served. I ultimately had to force the last bit of it down because I otherwise had no desire to finish it.
Perhaps their breakfast items are better, but for lunch, it's a pass for me.
As a local small business, I hope they improve and succeed though.

The place is great. A smaller family like feel. The service is amazing, the food is amazing, This isn't my first time coming to Delaneys, but it is my first time at this location. I'll definitely be a repeat customer. ✨️ you should definitely try it, the breakfast is great the pasta salvi is amazing...... you won't be disappointed! My favorite restaurant altogether. I wish they were open 24 hours.
Took my Mom here for her Birthday and we had a party of seven. The service was friendly and attentive. We ordered a mix of breakfast and lunch items and they all came out fresh and quick. Everyone enjoyed their dishes and they included eggs and bacon with French toast. Pancakes, club sandwich, corned beef hash, and grilled chicken sandwich. Would definitely recommend for a nice family meal.

Really cool place, I liked the diner atmosphere. The food served was very tasty, properly done, hot, fresh. The Big Breakfast Sandwich that I had was hefty, had both bacon AND sausage on it, as well as sourdough toast, which was also delicious. We'll definitely be back for more!

Food is just basic, nothing homemade (sausage gravy, hashbrown)or worth visiting twice. Customer service is impeccable!
