The best seat in the house for me, however, is right at the long L-shaped bar with inventive masters creating the choice(s) for your order(s). The extensive cocktail menu is organized by liquor so it's easy to navigate and make your selection. Well, relatively easy. I chose gin for my pre-dinner libation; Petal & Flower, floral with hints of citrus & honey -13 Vim & Petal Gin / Creme de Violette / Elderflower Liqueur / Lemon / Hibiscus Foam* We loved this place so much, we returned after dinner as well. My choice: bourbon Black & Blue Manhattan, their flagship cocktail -booze forward -bright & earthy -13 Old Forester Bourbon / Cocchi Torrino / Blueberry Shrub / Black Walnut Bitters After spending an hour or so here, what will impress you is the quality of the cocktails and the brains and hands making them. The majority of ingredients are made in-house. The service is impeccable - this is the high end experience you are looking for, my friend. Take a stroll on a rooftop but save your thirst for Denmark. A quaint and delicious cocktail bar with a solid view. The menu here changes often due to the bartenders ever changing experiments, but would highly recommend whatever suits your palette here. Not much in terms of food.

Easy to walk past but worth looking for this second story gem. Had a great experience at Denmark. The mixologist was fantastic and we shared some conversation around the different whiskey they had on the shelf. A great place for delicious drinks, but don’t go hungry. They do have a small menu for light fare food to take the edge
