I had just got an Oreo shake to go and I took one drink and got a mouth full of grated up plastic. And I paid $45 for this food that is crazy. All of those large black chunks are plastic. All in my drink this could have cut my throat open

Place to pick up order my hashbrowns were not cooked. My eggs were not done the way I wanted called the store asked if they could give me a refund. Apparently they can’t do refund so I have to call a one 800 number on Monday to get a refund, you know, even though I’ve worked at the Denny’s in Sunbury Very lazy staff does not care about the customer service and is only there to do their drugs in the parking lot sausage was cold to the touch and branded I live 6 mins away won’t return

I feel like this location use to be a lot nicer but today when we went, not sure if our server was new or what but he took a while to get our orders. And then we had to keep reminding him we needed silverware, napkins, plates of food, it was just a lot of random stuff he was forgetting. Also many many items on the menu were out of stock! Even certain drinks. Many other people who came after us were getting there plates and Orders before us even though we were waiting longer. And although sure the food was “fresh” my eggs and my French toast had a hair in it! I sent the eggs back only to get the same plate back again with the same hair! After that they did replace the eggs and took the plate off my bill but still not what I was expecting. I did not send my French toast back only because they would have taken longer to remake them. Even to check out it was all a waiting game. The staff is nice but I don’t think I would come back again.

Sami was our server, she was amazing. Very attentive. Concerned for my egg allergy (most restaurants do not care and it makes me feel terrible. My throat closes up from eggs). She made sure our drinks were always full (my favorite), reccomended tons of things as options for food, was so sweet and patient with us. Especially me, I explained to her I just got out of the hospital and was afraid to have certain foods and she was so sweet and understanding to that.
I have been to this location about 15x. Never had anything great to say, usually leave missing the dennys I grew up eating because the environment and prices use to be so much better (this location apparently doesn't honor the famous $2,$4,$6 etc. Menu). But never enough to throw anyone under the bus, but tonight was a totally different experience and I thank Sami for that! Hopefully whoever is her boss understands they have an irreplaceable staff member on the team!

Stopped in this Denys on my way home from a concert. The person that greeted also took our order. Very polite and checked in on us often. Food was spot on and hit the spot. I would definitely revisit this Denys.
