Very top-notch customer service. I ordered online and when I arrived to pick it up, Jane, the manager, opened the box and showed me the pizza I ordered was not up to her standards and explained why. She offered to make a new one for me if I wished. She let me keep the “bad” pizza, made me a new one, offered me free Diet Coke while I waited, and was very attentive throughout the whole process. She even gave me a gift card for the trouble!
I left happier than I would have had the mistake not even happened! Will definitely be going back and telling my friends about this. Worth every penny because their standards are so high.
I didn’t ask for or demand any compensation—it was OFFERED. As a customer, you will not find an establishment that treats you better, or a manager who makes you feel more special. I was cared for every step of the way and I left satisfied well beyond my expectations.
The staff’s willingness to get ahead of an issue before it becomes a problem makes it impossible to have one.
I’ve never been happier with an incorrectly made pizza—and to be quite honest—I hope it happens again.

The food was delicious. The harvest salad was everything I like in a salad. It was crispy, crunchy with flavor combinations that made my mouth so happy. The pizza were delicious. I felt like mine had just a little too much garlic. Pesto already has garlic and then with the added garlic, it was pretty garlic forward. The service was not great. I know they were busy, but we saw our server stopping at other tables to see how everything was and to get refills. We only received service from those that brought us the food. We didn't have silverware until they brought our salads. The guy that brought our pizzas got my husband another beer. I never got a refill on my water and had to drink my husband's. Another server came to cash us out as our server had never come back after taking our order and bringing us drinks. The food will probably bring us back. And we can only hope the service will be better.

Dewey's Pizza was a great place to visit and eat at! In terms of accessibility, the tables/chairs were spaced out well. There is a wheelchair accessible entrance with one wide door that is definitely universally designed for accessibility. The lighting was dim without making it difficult to read. The music was a bit overwhelming, but the servers explained that if needed, they would adjust the volume. The contrast of the menus helped with reading, but the font could be larger for those who find it difficult to read. The servers were all very accommodating and took notice of any dietary restrictions for our group. I will definitely return!

Very good salads. The regular pizzas have a gorgeous looking crust. I got a gluten free pizza. The toppings are nice, but there's barely any salt in the dough or sauce. I've never had to salt a pizza before, to bring out the flavor. The person I went with who wasn't GF had to salt her pizza too.

Tried to do online order and the captcha would not work or let me order. Very clunky online ordering and if you are going to charge $25 for a 13” pizza and make me jump through hoops and still not be able to order you are going to get a 1 star review. Streamline your online ordering or I’m sure you will lose more business.

Probably the best pizza in Columbus and it's not even close to some of these other pizza places everybody raves about. Sucks portnoy didn't get here because I guarantee it would be more than an 8.1 that Artisan got. Nothing about this pizza is ordinary

Came here with my family for some pizza! The menu was quite unique. They had tons of specialty flavor pizzas along with your standard style Italian pizzas. The waiting staff were very helpful and polite! Overall, would absolutely be back!
