Dewey's Pizza was a great place to visit and eat at! In terms of accessibility, the tables/chairs were spaced out well. There is a wheelchair accessible entrance with one wide door that is definitely universally designed for accessibility. The lighting was dim without making it difficult to read. The music was a bit overwhelming, but the servers explained that if needed, they would adjust the volume. The contrast of the menus helped with reading, but the font could be larger...

Very top-notch customer service. I ordered online and when I arrived to pick it up, Jane, the manager, opened the box and showed me the pizza I ordered was not up to her standards and explained why. She offered to make a new one for me if I wished. She let me keep the “bad” pizza, made me a new one, offered me free Diet Coke while I waited, and was very attentive throughout the whole process....
