We’ve eaten at DiBella’s a couple times a month and are always satisfied with the food. Never had a bad meal, although some visits are on point which keeps us coming back. Shout out to the location on Olentangy River Road for our food 2/10-ABSOLUTE PERFECTION!!!!

It’s pretty good for a chain. I can walk there for lunch and about once a month I do. It’s solid, but not a ‘destination.’ I always get the Godfather.

This is my second visit to this location, Only have visited Bella‘s twice. I will not be returning because the portions that I have been served both times were incredibly lacking. I do not feel that I get the quality that I’m paying for. When I’m handed a sub with five pieces of shredded lettuce on it, and that’s on a BLT, I do not feel I’m getting a good value! I love the bread, the staff is friendly, the pickles are amazing, but I can go to Firehouse Subs for less and receive more toppings every time. The staff told me that management told them to not add more ingredients!?

This place is BOMB. My gf and I have been on a sub shop kick lately and we definitely rank this place in our top 3 places. The ingredients taste fresh and good, the sauces are good, and service was fast.

Amazing quality. I had the Spicy Philly and everything about it was one of if not the best Sub I've ever had. The multi grain bread was incredible. Meat was good quality and the peppers crisp. If you never realized Subway ain't fresh, these folks will finally convince you they never were.

Slowest sub shop of all time. Should it take 30 minutes to make 2 subs? No. But these people seem to think that is acceptable

This place was horrible. It was bad service. The only thing that I enjoyed was the fresh bread. To be talked to like that by a manager was disgusted. They need to clean house and start all over.
I ordered a hot ham and provolone cheese sub with lettuce, tomato onion and jalapenos, and it was supposed to be left in the oven. A minute or 2 longer to get the bun crunchy, but not burnt. It was not even cooked. The bun was not even toasted at all. It was just bread and the presentation. When I unwrapped, it was the worst sub. I've ever seen. I have a lot of friends that love to eat there. None of us will no longer be eating there. That was my first time and last time.
The the lady that made the sub was very unprofessional, and there were supposed to be four jalapenos, on this, I wondered why they was laughing. I've been writing reviews for a very long time. And this is my first bad one that was very unprofessional
