DiBella's Subs

The subs are all bread , hardly any meat . They look nothing like the subs on the website !

We've been going to this location since it opened, but we're done. Three out of the last five times we've picked up from here, there's been a problem. One time, they put the wrong meats on the wrong bread on BOTH subs. Another time, we get the subs home (wife works in the area, but we live 10 miles away) and there's no meat at all on one of the subs! Last Friday, I order a Dagwood which is supposed to have corned beef and they put roast beef on it. I called and got my money refunded, great, but I'd rather have my order correct the first time. The crew obviously doesn't read the tickets, or even the ingredient list for the subs they're making - they rarely follow any special instructions, either. Management doesn't care enough about the customers to properly train their employees to prevent these issues..read the other reviews, I'm not the only one experiencing this. DiBella's should be embarrassed to run a restaurant this way.

This place is just average and not the best sub you'll ever have. It might be good for Rochester or Western NY but it's average for Central Ohio. DiBella's is an 8-8 football team failing to make a wild card birth.

It was ok. I have had better. Meats and cheese were not all the way to the end of the sandwich. This is just my honest opinion.

Former Employee was Illegally Terminated they made up a rumor of me being intoxicated never formally investigated it just terminated me the manager who did just wanted all her friends in management positions

for the love of all sandwich please open shop in Dansville ny. no good sandwiches in 50 miles any direction. save the stateworkers stomaches! this is no joke. these people need sandwich heros. they need people who care about food. I've read your requirements and I consider how it seems to you that the location is not qualifyable. I'm telling you though those numbers are meaningless along a state highway that holds the crossroads to the center of all directions the hungry deprived people will come. please help this neglected part of New York and revolutionize food for some of the hardest working men and women. it's a travesty what people slap as a sandwich here. a crime against humanity we need a godfather for food!

usually love this place but our order was completely incorrect, toppings missing and the uncle Louie missing the cheese. very disappointed ☹. this was at mccandless location

You honestly would be better off going to McDonald's

This was an average experience all around with the exception of the chocolate chip cookie with walnuts. The subs were made with very fresh bread but they were not generous with the filling. I felt like each sub needed double the meat. The cookies were very much so above average for a chain restaurant but as a restaurant specializing in sandwiches, I felt it fair to base this review based on them.

FOOD POISONED! I rarely review anything, I did this so maybe someone else can avoid the 24 hours of absolute misery this place caused me. My wife had a bite of the meatball sub and got mildly sick, I was unable to function. No restaurants should let this happen, it was pure negligence.

I sincerely hope I have helped someone who reads this.

This was honestly not that great a sub. Bread was too crunchy to the point it seemed a bit old. Not warm at all. Sandwiches were very lean on meats and veggies. Ironically they claim it’s the best sub you will ever taste. It’s bad when the bag lies to you from the get go. Service was excellent. Too bad I won’t be back.

I’ve been here twice and both times I feel like I’ve been skimped on the meat on my sub. There was barely any on them compared to Jimmy Johns and Jersey Mike’s

The place was very clean and the workers were very friendly and helpful as it was out first time here. Food was amazing as well
