I ordered 2 lg one topping 1pepperoni &1cheese when we got home it was 2 cheese I called back to the store to fixed this mgr said bring the pizza back since when in food service does a restaurant take back food that has left the premises I even mentioned a refund mgr gave me corporates number smh we go there at least one to two times a week spending $30 to $50 an order tonight order was $45 since this is the weekend I will be calling corporate first thing Monday just to let them know they need more training time on customer service .

I had heard so many good things about this place and decided to go with my family last night. Alhought our service and staff were all great the food just wasn't ? we got a meatlovers pizza which was ok nothing I'd order again and then we got a pulled pork pizza and their was like no pork on the pizza it was pretty much just cheese bbq and onions. We also got wings which were really dry and our daughter couldn't even finish her sub because the bread was so hard. I was so disappointed after hearing such good things about this place. Sadly probably won't go back.

Went there today. Waitress was rude. Waited 10 minutes for a menu then never came back. We left after 15 minutes and when she saw us get up and leave did not say anything. Just walked behind us as we headed for the door. There was only one table of people there didn’t check on them either too busy talking to someone. Too bad

The owner Kieth doesn’t care about his customers and is extremely arrogant. I have been going to Cardos for a long time and I tried something new and simply asked for them to add mustard and lettuce to a sandwich. Kieth (the owner) proceeded to tell me that “divinations from the menu is not something they do” his words not mine. Hell I would have paid extra for the lettuce and mustard. His arrogance when speaking to customers and lack of customer service is why I will never go back and I will encourage others to not as well.

Very disappointed and some of the worst service I have experienced. Ordered food for a party and was told 3 minutes before scheduled pickup my order could not be filled even though I put in the order the day before. When i spoke to a manager no apology just excuses and telling me I need to understand and didnt care. This caused me to not have enough food for my party. I will never order from this place again and never recommend to anyone.

The District manager Martel Sanders is a liar who flirts with women and is cheating on his wife with a young girl who’s boyfriend was recently killed. Donatos does nothing about this but promotes “family values”. Kids literally working in the kitchens on the weekends at the Worthington stores, black mold under the tables in the kitchens.

we're from 4 hours away stoped there with a group of 11. they let us put tables together and sit down and have dinner there and are kids are loud and no one had a complaint food was vary good. would go there again.
Haven’t ordered from this location in years due to a few bad experiences. Tried again tonight and our pizza was FANTASTIC. Delivered fast and hot and is the best pizza I’ve had in a long time.
