“I love this place most of the time . While I was ordering food for myself and my cousin, she had told me that the food had been coming out, burnt lately. I personally never had this issue, so I went ahead and ordered. When I got my sub, as you can see in the picture, it wasn't really editable. It was hard . I was afraid I would break a tooth . Even the pepperoni was burned to a crisp. I was going to contact the manager, but I noticed on my order it said Shawn prepared my food and also it said Shawn was the manager if I needed to reach out. I thought to myself, well, if Shawn is the manager and is the one approving the items and letting them go out the door this way, then what's the point of contacting them, right ?“
“I ordered delivery on a Friday at 6pm and finally it arrived at 9pm. The estimated delivery time from my order confirmation was 36-51 minutes. They only had 1 delivery driver working. When I called to check on the status of the order, the employee was nice and explained the situation. They waited to cook the food until the driver was available to take it, so it was hot when we got it. I ordered online and only wish I had some notice about the delay because I probably wouldn’t have ordered tonight if I knew I would have to wait 3 hours.“
“I had a terrible experience with the Dominos at Broadway and considered myself a very good customer. I had a credit that was supposed to be issued and it was not in the computer and the manager on hand totally disregarded me and basically hung up the phone on me, even though I was the victim!!! They treated me beautifully here I have to give a shout out to Logan for listening to me vent!!! I’ll never be going to that store again and I’ll be frequently the one on Georgesville Moore. I’m from Westerville originally and I never have issues like that up there they always take care of me.“
“I absolutely adore Domino's Pizza. The staff has always been friendly and kind as I always come in and pick it up as opposed to having it delivered I like to save money. Down at Ohio State University campus I deal with a lot of young people and I must say for as young as these workers are they are always very polite courteous conscientious and fun along with being efficient workers the atmosphere is cool because one of their walls is a chalkboard wall and there's always something neat drawn on there lots of different pictures it looks like a lot of different people draw on it and it's fun to look at the food is fabulous I've never had bad food come out of there never had cold food the only thing I do not like about Domino's and this is nothing to do with the store in general it's when I call to make the order I usually end up getting sent to a call service place and it is painful and I mean god-awful painful to place an order because a lot of the people that work there is polite and efficient as they are English is not their first language and so it can get very frustrating placing a simple order I recommend this joint I recommend the food it's very good food for very good price their parmesan breadsticks are my all-time favorite at the moment however their jalapeno bacon bread is on point two thanks guys keep it up“
“The pizza is good if you carryout but they will cheat you if you place carryout online. The carryout deal now is 2 3toppings for $9.99 but they actually charge you full price and won't fix it when you go in to pay. The representative confirmed the two large pizzas I just picked up should have been $9.99 each yet I was charged $28.94 and no effort to correct the bill was made.“
“This place prepares food very quickly and always has it ready on time. They follow my requests exactly, and everything is made just the way I like it. The restaurant is very clean and well-organized, and the staff are super friendly. Highly recommended!“
“It's hard to please my husband when it comes to Pizza. This is the second time he loved his pizza. He didn't even share his crust with the dogs. This crew and store has deserves all 5 stars. Beautiful work. Awesome.

“I've ordered from here for years and never had a bad experience. My order is always done quickly and it's always correct. My only complaint is their delivery routing is kinda weird sometimes on the very rare occasion I order delivery, I live literally under a quarter mile from the place but most of the time they end up putting me last on the delivery route... Despite my apartment complexs parking lot literally connecting to their parking lot.“
“If you were used to Domino's Pizza from 20 years ago, this is not it... Let me start by saying that when we ordered pizza in the past, if it's through a franchise, it was always Papa John's, otherwise we tried to buy local.
We had a recommendation a couple months ago to give Domino's another try because I always bashed them even though I haven't tried them in the last 20 years.
Boy am I glad I did give them another shot, this has turned out to be our favorite franchise Pizza and ranks right up there with some of our local favorites.
They constantly have deals, so far through four orders we have not had any mistakes, we've had delicious pizzas and sides, and we're always confronted by friendly staff. The online owner tracker is easy to follow, I've yet to have any sort of delay on an order. To be honest, the only thing I am upset about is that I hadn't given them another shot sooner.
I'm genuinely confused about any recent bad reviews people leave based on one experience. As you can see, I've given them three or four shots before I wrote my review as I never judge a company or service off of one experience, especially if it's bad.
If you haven't tried Dominos in a long while, give them another shot. If you're like us, it'll soon become your family pizza go-to!“
