Omg it’s never happened before I was big fan this place they make me crazy today I Oder two time they said your Oder will be on your address but never come my Oder .They make me mad my kids are waiting from2 hours but they never deliver.Please make sure if you’re Oder from this place anything because they never deliver your Oder on time 😡

Over the last year and a half I have ordered from this location several times without an issue but yesterday when I went to go pick up the pizza I ordered online(40 minutes after I placed my order), their front door was locked(other customers were inside) and once I was able to be let in by another customer I was told they didn't know where my pizza was and they needed to remake it. You guys don't have to worry about me anymore, I won't be back.

The food tastes nasty and it was terrible and when I needed to use the bathroom there was toilet paper everywhere people don’t know how to flush the toilet so there was pee in the toilet my pizza took 30 minutes just for it to be burnt and hard like what is so hard about to make a pizza

I've ordered from here for years and never had a bad experience. My order is always done quickly and it's always correct. My only complaint is their delivery routing is kinda weird sometimes on the very rare occasion I order delivery, I live literally under a quarter mile from the place but most of the time they end up putting me last on the delivery route... Despite my apartment complexs parking lot literally connecting to their parking lot.

Normally, I won't go near Domino's. Having not patronized their business in some time. Tonight's visit was a stark reminder why. Pizza looks like it was haphazardly put together. (Pepperoni wasn't evenly spread throughout, and the middle just looked like a glop of cheese. Service was even more lethargic. Of course. Pizza was brought curbside without any napkins or a polite gesture. You would think if an establishment asks for tips,...even on a pickup. One could at least get the courtesy of being able to wipe their mouth.
As with any restaurant. Location plays a key in quality. With that being said. I'm shocked that this location is still open. Won't be going back.

I made a mistake and accidentally ordered to the wrong store. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating to my mistake. I ordered 4/16/25 around 430-435. Two female staff and one male staff. If the manager sees this I want them to know I appreciated it.

I tried the stuffed crust pizza. I liked everything about it except the crust. It tasted like flour and water and was very bland. It needs yeast or flavor to match the good stuff you have on top.

Ordered a pizza. Waited 1 hour and 20 minutes. Was on phone with someone from this store as the driver walked in with pizza. I said thank you to the driver and the man on the phone hung up. I was asking for a refund. Walked to my hotel room and the pizza was cold. Tried calling again to reach someone again to get the refund and no one answered.

Hate complaining but this was not ok. My family didn’t eat the pizza because we weren’t sure why it took so long when the tracker said up to 38 minutes. Just wasn’t sure, so we got snacks from the hotel lobby.

I would still like a refund. We drove 14 hours today and are exhausted and just wanted a hot pizza. Thanks for your time. Heather B. (Ordered large deluxe pizza with a 15% tip for driver which I will not be using the app again or dominoes unless I order in person. We had the same thing happen to us a few months ago and we never even got the pizza. What is going on?!

When I sign in on my account my store always comes up. We order every Friday after work. This time for some reason my order was sent to the wrong store I paid for it online so now I am out two pizzas I'm not driving all the way to the other location it's too far. Probably won't order from Domino's again after this thanks

Asked for an Italian sub with extra lettuce. I was told lettuce can't go through the oven. I replied I know that I'm talking about when you make it. She said we don't use lettuce. Drove across the street to Donantos and Deshan was more then happy to add extra lettuce 🤔🙄🙄🙄🙄

This use to be our go to dominos when we first moved to this side of town. The last few times we have ordered sonething and it doesnt come. Tonight we didnt recieve our dipping sauces and pizza was cold and missing toppings. We tried to call the store and was on hold for 25 mins. No one answered. Poor customer service. I will be going to a new location.

I placed a delivery order and was told 15-28 minutes for delivery. I waited almost an hour before my order was delivered and the food was cold and missing toppings on my pizza and no dipping sauce. I tried to call the store and was on hold for 20 minutes before hanging up. There needs to be a better way to contact the store because this is horrible customer service. I can’t even get refund or remake of my pizza or dipping sauce because they can’t answer the phone.

Pathetic order 16 garlic Parmesan wings got 9 wings in white sauce that I assumed was ranch (they say they didn't have ranch wings so who knows) took almost 2 hours to get and it was cold and now we called them and been on hold for 40 minutes

I can’t say enough good things about this shop! I made a mistake when placing an order for a birthday party and accidentally scheduled it for 4:45 PM instead of 3:45 PM. When I realized the error, I was panicked, thinking the party might be ruined.

Thankfully, the team members stepped in and went above and beyond to help. They expedited my order and had everything ready quickly and perfectly. The pizzas were hot, delicious, and exactly what we needed to save the day!

The team was incredibly fast, professional, and accommodating, turning what could have been a stressful situation into a great experience. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again. Highly recommend!
