Ordered an X-Large pizza from Broad St. in Columbus today at 3:00 and it arrived over an hour later. Pizza was tough and completely room temperature. They sent me a coupon for 20% or a free $9.99 med pizza on my next order. This isn’t acceptable for a mid-afternoon order.

Just want to place my order which turned out to be a false ad.So I felt silly doing that then tells me he can't apply deals to my order over the phone.I have to go online.Total waste of time. Worse place ever I ordered pizza at 4:00 pm they said they will deliver to my apartment and said it will take 3p min I waited for an hour and call them see what's going on with my order and said they are on the way and waited again and didn't show up and after 2 hours they called me and said we can't deliver to that apparent this is so unprofessional they should tell me from the beginning not really happy worse worse customer service ever

I just ordered pizza as a special school lunch for my preschool program. We sat outside waiting for over 50 minutes the doors were locked. The dominos tracker was not updated. The employee walked passed the door and looked right at us and kept walking. We can hear the phone ringing and they are not answering. I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes. Very very disappointing

Ordered a pacific veggie and had to toss it in the trash. The mushrooms were clearly bad smelled terrible. First thought it was the cheese but it's clearly bad mushrooms. Will never order from Dominoes again.
Best ranch and cheese pizza in town! 🍕 We drive all the way from Kentucky just to stop by and feed the kids here. Totally worth the trip—delicious, fresh, and always satisfying. Highly recommend!

I just moved into the area and already had a bad experience from this establishment. It seems as if no one bothered to read. I order a Hand Tossed BBQ Chicken pizza with onions and pineapple. Yet I received a Thin Crust pizza including bacon. Where in my instructions did I ask for bacon. I haven’t eaten Pork in over 30 years due to dietary and religion restrictions. Be careful when ordering from this place especially if you have any restrictions.
