I just ordered pizza as a special school lunch for my preschool program. We sat outside waiting for over 50 minutes the doors were locked. The dominos tracker was not updated. The employee walked passed the door and looked right at us and kept walking. We can hear the phone ringing and they are not answering. I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes. Very very disappointing

Ordered a pacific veggie and had to toss it in the trash. The mushrooms were clearly bad smelled terrible. First thought it was the cheese but it's clearly bad mushrooms. Will never order from Dominoes again.

Best ranch and cheese pizza in town! 🍕 We drive all the way from Kentucky just to stop by and feed the kids here. Totally worth the trip—delicious, fresh, and always satisfying. Highly recommend!

I just moved into the area and already had a bad experience from this establishment. It seems as if no one bothered to read. I order a Hand Tossed BBQ Chicken pizza with onions and pineapple. Yet I received a Thin Crust pizza including bacon. Where in my instructions did I ask for bacon. I haven’t eaten Pork in over 30 years due to dietary and religion restrictions. Be careful when ordering from this place especially if you have any restrictions.

Manger working on 7/10 at 11:30 had horrible customer service and conflict resolution skills. We never got our order and she tried to argue our address was wrong. It wasn’t. I was never argumentative, I was just asking questions trying to find our pizza. Finally gave us the credits and I just wanted to reorder. Then she said she would order it again but I could said that and HUNG UP ON ME!!! We just got our pizza (delivery driver apologized on arrival; he had the wrong house before and was very nice). We just opened our pizzas and the are wrong 😭 Ill be calling again tomorrow to get our money back AGAIN.

Omg it’s never happened before I was big fan this place they make me crazy today I Oder two time they said your Oder will be on your address but never come my Oder .They make me mad my kids are waiting from2 hours but they never deliver.Please make sure if you’re Oder from this place anything because they never deliver your Oder on time 😡
Over the last year and a half I have ordered from this location several times without an issue but yesterday when I went to go pick up the pizza I ordered online(40 minutes after I placed my order), their front door was locked(other customers were inside) and once I was able to be let in by another customer I was told they didn't know where my pizza was and they needed to remake it. You guys don't have to worry about me anymore, I won't be back.

The food tastes nasty and it was terrible and when I needed to use the bathroom there was toilet paper everywhere people don’t know how to flush the toilet so there was pee in the toilet my pizza took 30 minutes just for it to be burnt and hard like what is so hard about to make a pizza

I've ordered from here for years and never had a bad experience. My order is always done quickly and it's always correct. My only complaint is their delivery routing is kinda weird sometimes on the very rare occasion I order delivery, I live literally under a quarter mile from the place but most of the time they end up putting me last on the delivery route... Despite my apartment complexs parking lot literally connecting to their parking lot.

Normally, I won't go near Domino's. Having not patronized their business in some time. Tonight's visit was a stark reminder why. Pizza looks like it was haphazardly put together. (Pepperoni wasn't evenly spread throughout, and the middle just looked like a glop of cheese. Service was even more lethargic. Of course. Pizza was brought curbside without any napkins or a polite gesture. You would think if an establishment asks for tips,...even on a pickup. One could at least get the courtesy of being able to wipe their mouth. As with any restaurant. Location plays a key in quality. With that being said. I'm shocked that this location is still open. Won't be going back.

I made a mistake and accidentally ordered to the wrong store. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating to my mistake. I ordered 4/16/25 around 430-435. Two female staff and one male staff. If the manager sees this I want them to know I appreciated it.
