We ordered delivery today and did not get what we ordered. We’ve gotten dominos from this place before and every time it’s always delivered late. We order it through the app and then get a free pizza due to how long it takes to get it. We ordered what we usually do minus the bread sticks. 1 Memphis bbq chicken pizza and a Wisconsin cheese pizza. They both seemed to be the same. The bbq pizza had NO BBQ sauce, chicken, bacon, or onions. LITTERALLY just cheese! The other was just cheese. But you can’t complain to the store because all they can do is get you ANOTHER free pizza. I want what I ordered and paid for. This place seems way to busy and understaffed or the workers just don’t give a damn. It’s so over priced for not getting what you ordered.

I waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes for my order just for it to get canceled, and I couldn’t even find out why. I tried calling the store multiple times, but no one is picking up. I was on hold for 10 minutes and eventually had to hang up.

I went to get my order that I already paid for and the app said the tracker app said my food was ready. I went to pick it up and they tried to say I didn’t have an order and then question if it was placed at the right store. They were shown the app showing the order and that the order was ready they agreed to make my food. What the point of ordering online if ya have to tell them what ya want. Now the other food is going to be cold: this place is hit or miss if they ave good service. I guess it’s time to take a break from this location again.

Honestly terrible service like I try to respect it that they only have two worker which isn’t there fault at all business aspect they need to have more people in there !! They messed my pizza up before they credit me money which was nice but then I go to reorder in then they make my pizza thin crust didn’t even asked if I wanted thin or thick like when I order it’s always thick never been had this problem. Then I ask for Alfredo sauce legit the smallest amount can’t even taste it an i appreciate them trying which again they need more staff stop being cheap with yall location in hire more staff!!! Them to top it off with they never answer the phone !!! I’ve been ordered dominos the last month in a half at least like 8 times an it’s just always soemthint with yall frl !!! This location specifically only three times … She asked if she could fix anything respectfully she did try to accommodate me but honestly I’m just over even ordering amongst yall food chain in its self . The worst place ever stinks roaches and mice in the kitchen
You read my review and told me to call you. Well, it seems to me that you need to call the store and get things straightened on your end. You have A LOT of one star reviews. If you want a 5 star store you need to fix things instead of giving everyone a bandage for terrible service. BTW we didn't even get our order because they refused our plasma card. Really sad.
These people are so stupid. We went there and used our plasma donation card and they refused to accept it. We donate plasma to help others and they refuse to take the money we earned from the donations we make. What BS. They act like it isn't good enough for them.

We got a free 16pc order of Parmesan bread bites and we went in to see is we could use them and they said no and said the coupons were from 2010 and there not take it The coupon was just given to us by a manager
