I had a terrible experience with the Dominos at Broadway and considered myself a very good customer. I had a credit that was supposed to be issued and it was not in the computer and the manager on hand totally disregarded me and basically hung up the phone on me, even though I was the victim!!! They treated me beautifully here I have to give a shout out to Logan for listening to me vent!!! I’ll never be going to that store again and I’ll be frequently the one on Georgesville Moore. I’m from Westerville originally and I never have issues like that up there they always take care of me.

Placed an order through DoorDash. Order continued to delay. Once getting past 1 hour I tried to cancel. DoorDash told me that the drivers are still assigned by the stores. So I called this Dominos store and no one answered after being on hold for over 20 minutes. This is a $43 order after tip. What kind of business deal is this?? This isn’t a mom & pop shop. Answer the phone; hire sufficient staff; hire the right staff…or sell your franchise.

The pizza was like cardboard. It was overcooked, crust was hard. Sparce toppings. Only positive... the delivery was reasonable. I haven't ordered from Domino's in a while...now I remember why. Never again.

Always a good experience. Orders always right pizzas always hot. I do alot of online orders. Show up when they say its ready, I'm in and out in like a minute and a half. 👍👍

The food was bland. The buffalo pasta was literally penne noodles glued together with cheese and buffalo sauce poured on top. The pizza had not sauce and no flavor. Definitely a waste of money. Will not be ordering from them again.

To even try to focus on flavor, quality and presentation ! I requested to add my toppings to the edge since the last time I placed an order there, only had 3 inches of toppings and the rest was all dried out crust ! Go figure I got toppings to the edge skimmed out like hell and the pizza looked and tasted like garbage ! Will go back to any Dominoes pizza I will spend my money at Joseppie’s pizza on Sulivant Ave. from this day forward and anyone reading should give them a try and I swear to you they want never disappointe you in any way ! Well I ordered online and it was right before closing so I'm sure you were in a rush,I got 2 orders of chocolate lava crunch cakes and it cost me almost $30 and that's quite expensive but when my desert got here it wasn't cooked all the way and 1 was torn apart real bad in the box, Im not sure why it was like that, it usually isn't but that is earlier in the day, Im a very loyal customer of yours 😁if you look my # up you will see I order from you guys almost every day,the delivery driver levan was very respectful,I usually get Logan at my door and he's 1 of the nicest driver's,just wanted to let you all that, Have a wonderful night

The pizzas were over done to where the cheese was brown, the Italian subs apparently come with nothing on them, just meat and cheese!!! I won't order again.
