Pretty sure the woman behind the counter robbed me for my sandwich. I used a gift card which had 10 dollars on it and she said it only had a dollar. She wouldn't let me see the transaction, she only gave me a dollar back, and the computer screen said that she didn't approve the rest of the purchase. It was pretty weird and fishy. So I left with $10 out of my pocket wasted time and gas and no food.

Ordered a buffalo chicken pizza through ubereats. In the order notes, I selected “no chicken.” I didn’t select “no buffalo sauce.” So I expected a pizza with buffalo sauce and no chicken. They forgot the buffalo sauce. This has happened to me before from this location. Also there’s a random noodle baked into the pizza. Just one. It’s not like noodles can be a pizza topping so this is from completely different food, not just topping from another pizza. So I don’t know how old it is or if it’s dirty. This is cheese on bread with food waste included. I can’t get a refund from uber eats because it doesn’t meet refund criteria. So this is $21 wasted. I used to love ordering this pizza but somehow recently they cannot get an order right.
I will say that the delivery driver was very nice and friendly.

After 1 hour and 20 mins of waiting the driver called me saying he couldn't find my apartment. 5 minutes later he called again and told me he didn't have the right pizzas and wanted to know if I could wait while he went and grabbed them. LOL no

Ordered 2 pizzas off of Uber eats. I live literally 1 block from here. Took 2 HOURS to receive my order. It was marked as delivered after 30 mins... Definitely was not the case. Tried calling them and all I get is an automated response. Close this place down. Absolute clowns running it. NEVER NEVER NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!!! YOU WILL BE MUCH HAPPIER IF YOU HEED MY WARNING!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE

We ordered from the first time from North High location and we typically order from the Lockbourne Road location well we will never go outside of Lockbourne Road location again because we were closest to the North Road location and we ordered two pizzas a mac and cheese and cinnamon twists and they slaughtered the pizzas I asked for them to be well done square cut and they probably cut it and then turned around and tried to go over it and square cut it and it was literally a million and one little tiny pieces I tried to call and let the supervisor know they yelled at me screamed at me cursed at me and told me they were looking at the order as they were speaking to me and said that it did not say that it was square cut well I have the order still in my app right now to this day and it stated his first cut and well done instead of making it right I even offered to bring the pizza back I get treated like some type of dirty person wanting a free hand out. When that wasn't the case at all I just wanted them to fix the damn pizza

Ordered a medium pizza Xtra sauce and Xtra cheese and the honey BBQ chicken bites. My husband went to pick up order. Our boxes were sitting on the counter. He forgot his wallet , we live 1 min from this dominos. The pizza had no Xtra cheese and my honey BBQ bites were Buffalo style .. so spicy I couldn't eat them due to a shot I take that makes my stomach sensitive to hot stuff. Not to add they're burnt. Called the store asked for a manager. She blamed my husband for our cold food and only offered $10 credit for my chicken. Called another dominos location explained how the manager acted. They took the address . We will contact corporate. But the other store refunded our entire order. Don't deal with this location. They need new staff and training. Very upset customer. Lost our business for sure
