*edit/update* initially I gave 2 stars, bur due to circumstances I felt that was a bit low or undeserved so I raised it to 3. Since I have placed a couple orders the most recent being tonight. (11/28/25) it seems almost mandatory at this point for orders to ether be incorrect or late. I canceled tonight's order after waiting 30 minutes past the original eta.

The past two times i have ordered delivery i was quoted 20-40 minutes in the app. Which is fine and totally doable in a busy area. The first time, my order took nearly two hours. I was offered a free pizza to redeem because it took so long. No biggie. Today i ordered a bigger meal for me and my roommate, including the free pizza. I placed the order at 11:43. I was quoted 20-35 minutes. My order was in quality check at 1:13. It is 1:35 AM and my order still has not left the store. I don’t think I will order from this location again, this is disappointing.

I ordered tonight and the app said it was on its way. It’s been over an hour at this point, so I try to call to check on it and whoever was working kept answering the phone and hanging it up repeatedly. Over 5 times….
I order from this location often. Have never experienced service like this.
Guess have to call for a refund tomorrow considering they keep hanging up the phone. 👎🏼

I have ordered from here twice now on Door Dash and it is the worst experience.
They confirm your order, they make your order and say its out for delivery. Nothing arrives or when it says it has. It finally shows up 20 minutes later after you have told door dash that you didn't receive you order and then end up with a now unwanted order of Dominos
They NEVER answer the phone. I have waited 10+ minutes multiple times on the phone just to make sure before I tell door dash I need a refund for the order that something isn't about to show up (even though it already says it was delivered) and no one will talk to you.
I would avoid this location at all cost. I like Domino's but this place is very much in need of some help.
