I’ve been ordering from this Domino’s location for over eight years, and until today, I’ve never had a reason to complain. The food has always been consistent, the service decent, and I genuinely appreciated being a loyal customer here. That changed the moment I had the misfortune of dealing with Caroline.
Apparently, placing two separate orders instead of one deeply offended her, because she chose to make snide, passive-aggressive remarks under her breath—as if I couldn’t hear them. On top of that, she then took it upon herself to condescendingly explain how to use the card reader, like I was some confused child or not an able-bodied adult capable of paying for my food.
I don’t know who ruined her pizza today, but if she’s so miserable doing her job, maybe it’s time she finds another one—preferably one that doesn’t involve dealing with customers. Because what she did wasn’t just unprofessional—it was disrespectful, unwarranted, and completely out of line.
Longtime customers should feel valued, not belittled. I didn’t spend nearly a decade supporting this location to be treated like an inconvenience. Do better!

I ordered a Pizza online during my lunch break so that I could run down there, pick it up and get back in time to eat it. Once I got there, I sat down and waited with others until my food was done. Seven minutes after the app said that my food would be ready, i got up and asked if they could check on my Pizza. They told me that they were about to put it in the oven then. When I told them, I was on my lunch breaking voice to my displeasure, they were very dismissive.

This has been my main dominoes I order from for about 5 years now I have not had any issues till today. I ordered 30 minutes prior to traveling 18 mins to get here and my order has not even been made yet they told me there is 4 orders before mine and I said I ordered 45 minutes ago and the lady response was well we can cancel your order which was very rude no customer service skills at all and this will be my last time coming to this dominoes I will go to a different dominoes from now on!!!
