Maybe it’s my fault for continuing to order from here, and honestly it’s mostly because I haven’t had ALL bad experiences but the bad definitely outweighs the good, the drivers are late more than not, and at that point I’m for sure getting cold pizza, whenever they take to long even let it be known that your pizza has been sitting for 30-45 min, they don’t even offer you anything for the wait. Just not a good dominos.

person was nice but food took 45 minutes and it was not what was ordered in the slightest. because we were obviously short on time we just had to eat the food they gave us. the food itself was not very good.

This has been happening for a long time .. I place and order online when I go pick it up tracker takes for ever to let me know the food is being prepared .. last night I orderd and it took about 2 hours since I had placed the order . I had to go inside the store to find out if the food was already done or if they were still working on it just to find out they never even got started to it they were just chating and laughing around doing nothing . This hapend at around 11:30 pm 6/29/2024 is not the first time and it's very unprofessional very irresponsible and lay back not fare for customers who just want to order and pick up and go .. there has been days were they have forgotten to put the pizza in the oven so they ask to wait 15, 20 more minutes.. unbelievable. Something needs to be done if this keeps happening.. or I would have to make a report about this .. this is not the way to do business.
The service is rubbish I ordered a drink and and chocolate lava cakes and they only delivered the chocolate lava but not the drinks and I called and they refused to deliver my drink and I paid for it btw.

Don’t put on your website that it will take 45 to have your pizza arrive if it’s going take over 2 hours…I understand it may be busy but adjust the time if it is busy.
