Driver brought my pizza to the wrong house. Ignored us after we called about it. We Called back to the driver stuttering through telling us he delivered it. Then when we finally get it out to our house. The driver walked up all shitty, handed us the pizza ,ignored us trying to apologize for the mix up stormed off and slammed his door. Being a big baby man about his mistake. It took us 2 hrs 30mins to get our pizza. Pizza was mid. 0/10

Hit and miss, I've had some of the best dominoes from here. And I've also had orders that weren't edible, from being completely raw to not being close to what I ordered. I was told that the manager is young and irresponsible, so it all depends on who's working when you order apparently!

Ordered online and picked up my pizza. Environment seemed tense, tall woman in the kitchen was rude to the other employees working and she was cutting the pizzas very aggressively. I got all the way home to realize my spinach feta pizza had TOMATO sauce on it as well as it looking sloppy and thrown in the box. I immediately went back which I was met by the general manager who not only corrected my order he rectified the whole situation. If it were not for him I’d give this store 0 stars!! The guy needs a raise!!

Food terrible when my order was delivered the sub looked like vending machine food. Nothing like the photo to order small portions no toppings then my pizza was missing a whole topping when I called to complain THW guy otp talking bout I made that myself , I’m like and your the manager ‘!! And he only offered me 5$ talking ITS just missing a topping ‘!! What kind of customer service. Is that ??? Frim and manager at that part!!! Terrible and the food is always nasty

Absolutely terrible experience. I placed my order at 9:06 & it’s 10:20 I still don’t have it. I just called the store & a lady answered: I asked her for an update because the drivers location wasn’t updating on the website. She said oh it’s not updating (duhhh) I said ok yall have no way of contacting, she says oh I could call him but he should be there any minute. That’s not how customer service works. Yes I’ve worked at pizza places in the past & delivered for year so I understand how everything works. The driver was VERY kind once he arrived!

This particular Domino's sucks. I waited almost an hour for 2 pizzas. I went in to get my pizza and I still had 8 orders ahead of me. The young lady asked if I wanted to cancel my order or wait. I canceled my order. I never had to do that. The young lady had great customer service and she was very nice. I will never go to this location ever again.

Order was incomplete, missing the wings and pasta bowl. Also gave me the wrong pizza. Driver knew he was giving the wrong order. Didn’t even park in the driveway. Parked down the street. Called out to the driver, but was too far away.

I ordered 8 items 71$ waited over 1 hr an something, called lady answered and said we busy u waited or cancelle it, I said how long gonna take to receive if I wait already waited hour and 20min, and she said is gonna take 25min i said that’s fine, 25 min waiting my order to receive they cancelled their own, and she was rude, never again will I order this place ever
