I ordered a pizza today at 5:45pm est, half bbq and half pepperoni. Dominos said it would arrive between 6-6:30pm. The pizza arived at 7pm EST and half the pizza was burnt (picture attached). The employee working the register his name is Dakota was very rude. He cheated me out of $16. I had proof of what I ordered and he made me feel stupid in front of other customers. I couldn’t believe how I was treated. This is the worst store ever very bad experience and apparently they can talk to you however, they want to! The GM Josh is just as rude!

I got 2 pizzas 1 of them was wrong. called Joshua to explain he rudely told me I was in the wrong.(I order the same pizza all the time and it was in my order profile) so I said maybe there was a glitch in the system. after going back and forth with him.
