If a person doesn't get what they ordered how does management feel giving them a partial credit is fair if I paid $20 how is a $10 credit fair now I understand making me pay for my Sprite but delivery and pizza should have been a credit which would have been $15

I love this place most of the time . While I was ordering food for myself and my cousin, she had told me that the food had been coming out, burnt lately. I personally never had this issue, so I went ahead and ordered. When I got my sub, as you can see in the picture, it wasn't really editable. It was hard . I was afraid I would break a tooth . Even the pepperoni was burned to a crisp. I was going to contact the manager, but I noticed on my order it said Shawn prepared my food and also it said Shawn was the manager if I needed to reach out. I thought to myself, well, if Shawn is the manager and is the one approving the items and letting them go out the door this way, then what's the point of contacting them, right ?
The new parmesan crusted stuffed crust pizza is delectable! The staff here has always friendly every time I've called or stopped by to pickup a pizza. Delivery times can be long if you order during dinner hours, but that should be expected.
I've had issues where they send the wrong food, but they're always willing to make it right! The only real quibble I have with this store is the fact that they have no idea what extra sauce on a pizza is! I always order extra sauce, it has a normal to less than normal amount 9/10 times. Otherwise, it is a good place for delicious pizza and definitely beats the snot out of the store that just opened across the street!

Super fast pickup and out only 2 people in the building and I think her name is Ms Ashley give that woman a raise or we riot (just kidding) but she made all that food (1 pizza Mac and garlic knots) in less than 10 minutes and to the gentleman I talked to super friendly definitely my go to pizza spot

It's really a bad place to park.. But my food was not burnt. Service was OK.. Only 2 people working. The man was in the back and didn't help. When I went in to get the food, only the girl was working on my pizza. Waited for a long time. But I also bought a lot of food. Today is the last day and 50% off.. It's not a new place! So it's not very new. Needs to be renovated! There are children's handprints on the glass.! But my pizza is delicious.

If you eat here don't. Today i picked up my order the store was nasty dough pieces everywhere food laying around. The girl with the nasty pink hair was touching and making people pizza and sandwich with no gloves the other shorter girl came gave me the food and did not wash her hands before going to finish making other people food, I stayed and watched if she would wash her hands. You should have seen how they was just throwing people topping on the food. The delivery driver guy was pissed he had to close and was cussing in front of me the customer and everything. Food was horrible the parmesan wings just had a big blob of yellow stuff on them they was cold and disgusting. the bread twist has so much oil on them they was dripping everywhere gave me instant heartburn. pasta was burnt to the point it was hard to eat
