We're new to the area. Food is always on point, but there's ONE staff member there who always seems to be in a bad mood. Outside of that, everyone else is awesome & service is always quick and professional.

Asked for a special request on my pizza but they were very rude and literally told me they could but they just didn't want too. I even offered to pay extra. It's ok though because one of their other stores had no problem taking care of my request. The lady refused to give me her name.

It was good food the week before. No one picked up the phone Saturday(or Sunday) night mid june 2025 around closing hour tho. Maybe that should be a 0 star review. Still used the app an got the order made not how I was gonna ask over the phone

I placed an order 6/5/2025 at 3:55 for curbside. After 30 minutes I went in and the staff was rude, debated with me about not seeing my car. Nobody came out to look. I was parked two cars down from the door. The man said I needed to Park in front of door. However there is no car side pick up sign. Customer service is terrible at west broad and Galloway road

Ordered 1 hour and 45 minutes ago. I asked if they delivered to my apartment and they confirmed they did. I called to see where my order was, they cancelled because I was outside their delivery range. I live 2 miles from this location. They did not bother to call me, I’ve been waiting for dinner for almost two hours. I was told they refunded my card but it is not showing yet.

Ordered food. Tracker registered as delivered but was not. Waited ten minutes just in case of mistake. Waited on hold for ten minutes trying to get a hold of store . Driver finally left it on the cold concrete outside. Discovered his text as I was filing a complaint.
They essentially stole my money. The delivery never happened. I spoke to three men and none of them offered or were willing to refund my order upon me asking. One offered me store credit but after being accused of trying to steal food…hardly want to reorder. Especially when I prepaid. Corporate number doesn’t go anywhere. Guy I talked to next day said they have no way to refund orders from previous day. Thankfully I used a credit card. Something told me to. I’m not out of my money.
Update: The GM called about a four days after to issue my refund. Got it the next business day. I forgot to update before now. I wanted to be fair!

Excellent pizza, one of the best, their employees are attentive and very friendly, when you arrive to pick up your order, delivery is immediate.

I made an order 9/21 and went to pick it up a nasty jerk guy was there he was making the food his hands were dirty he was touching his hair I found hair in my pizza dont go to that loc
