Domino's Pizza

Ordered 1 hour and 45 minutes ago. I asked if they delivered to my apartment and they confirmed they did. I called to see where my order was, they cancelled because I was outside their delivery range. I live 2 miles from this location. They did not bother to call me, I’ve been waiting for dinner for almost two hours. I was told they refunded my card but it is not showing yet.

Ordered food. Tracker registered as delivered but was not. Waited ten minutes just in case of mistake. Waited on hold for ten minutes trying to get a hold of store . Driver finally left it on the cold concrete outside. Discovered his text as I was filing a complaint.

They essentially stole my money. The delivery never happened. I spoke to three men and none of them offered or were willing to refund my order upon me asking. One offered me store credit but after being accused of trying to steal food…hardly want to reorder. Especially when I prepaid. Corporate number doesn’t go anywhere. Guy I talked to next day said they have no way to refund orders from previous day. Thankfully I used a credit card. Something told me to. I’m not out of my money.

Update: The GM called about a four days after to issue my refund. Got it the next business day. I forgot to update before now. I wanted to be fair!

Excellent pizza, one of the best, their employees are attentive and very friendly, when you arrive to pick up your order, delivery is immediate.

I made an order 9/21 and went to pick it up a nasty jerk guy was there he was making the food his hands were dirty he was touching his hair I found hair in my pizza dont go to that loc

Thank you dominos for such a fast delivery. One of the better pizza places on broad. Beats papa John’s in my opinion! Never had an issue and will continue to get pizza here ! Thanks dominos!

They messed up on my order, put hardly any Alfredo sauce in my pasta which made the noodles super rubbery. When I called, I was extremely kind and the guy on the phone was being a jackass. When he asked if I wanted a credit, I asked for it to be remade and he said "Give me 10" and hung up on me. He didn't give his name, but this happened on 7/19/24 at 1:17pm.

Completely unprofessional behavior for a mistake he caused. Instead of being kind and respectful, he was being short and rude. I order from this location quite often ($300+ month) and this has made me rethink spending any more of my hard earned money at this location.

Instead of.owning up to your mistake and saying something along the lines of "I am sorry about that, I was busy and must of overlooked the portion sizes", he just went right to beinf defensive and making me feel like I was lying for free food.

Just a heads up! This dominos doesn't take online delivery orders at all, even through a 3rd party app like Uber Eats. It's been like this for as long as I've lived in the area and they haven't ever cared to fix it. Even the call center can't place delivery order and they run into the same error.

After being redirected to the store itself get ready to wait on hold FOREVER only for them to answer and intentionally hang up on you. I've never seen a dominos that runs like this and I'm surprised the franchise even allows them to operate this way. I've lived next to domino's that are infinitely more busy and somehow this location just can't operate up to the standard that EVERY other Dominos has.

Picked up pizza there prob 7-8 times. The gray haired guy is a complete jerk every single time. He hates his job. Is rude. Pouts with no tip on carryout, and not once has ever said thank you.

I just had an awful interaction with a rude woman that claimed to be the assistant manager and then wouldn’t give me a refund or her name. A disgusting waste or management and I will be furthering our conversation ?

Ask for a pizza and they never delivered it

You’re better off getting little caesars. This pizza absolutely sucks. Had it for the very first time last night and hated it!!
