So I ordered online for toppings only on half of the pizza 🍕. Pick up the pizza the whole thing is covered in toppings. I call thinking it would be a simple fix. Umm... No! I was left on hold for 7 mins, called back only to be told anther manager would be in around 5pm. I stated that I washed a refund of points if I could not hv my order remade. Gentleman stated he's the only Mgr there. Never once did he ask wat they problem was and never was I offered another order. I try to give this place the benefit of the doubt but seriously, I need to find a new pizza place for the kids.

All I can say is WOW. This is the worst experience I've ever had. I called and placed the order at 8:39pm on 1-23-2025 and I just now sat down in the hotel room that's 8-15 minutes away from the establishment at 9:38pm. It's bad enough AI was taking my order but the pizza was tossed all over the place. No respect for the consumer anymore and no pride in doing a job well done. I get people have rough days.

I ordered a pizza for after work today before realizing today's the Super Bowl. As expected, the place was in a frenzy to get everything done. My order got lost somewhere but I didn't mind. I was patient and my order was remade in a timely manner. The lady who did even added extra toppings as a way to apologize for the delay. I was very happy with the service and the pizza I got was delicious. I'll try to remember to come by when it's not the busiest day of the season. Thank you to that lady who remade my order. I don't remember your name but your kindness will not go unnoticed!

I placed an order via online at 7:03 pm and got a text my food would done in 10-15 minutes. I didn't get my order until 8:17 pm. I didn't get an apology or anything. The people who were working seem young and they were very nice. Despite that, I was very disappointed on how long my food took without an apology.

I've order from this place multiple times without leaving a review regarding my bad experience. Everytime I order after 6pm the quality of the pizzaa drops so bad. It's been under cooked, completed wrong and my main issue is the wrong estimated time I would be told 7-15 mins for carryout then it would take 45mins to complete. It's bad

Waited over an hour for an order the app quotes 9-14 minutes. Then after over an hour, my food finally comes out and the worker said they accidentally only made 16 red bites instead of 36. They said it would be another 10 to 15 minutes to make more. By that time all of my food would be ice cold and I had already waited over an hour so I just had them cancel that item. No apology or explanation for why any of their customers had to wait so long. There were five people working yesterday so they definitely did not seem understaffed compared to my normal pizza restaurant.
Do not waste your time going here. They definitely do not value your time

I order here alot. Sometimes they get a bit rushed when short handed and the pizza quality goes down. I try to be kind to them because i understand how being short handed makes a job like this very hard to make sure every pie comes out 100% the way it should. Anytime I have a problem, they have been so nice and helpful. Thanks guys. I know it's stressful, you guys are doing a good job. ? Besides, ive had way more good pies than bad here.
