When I went to the Domino's on East Main I was very well treated like it was my first time actually it was my first time at that location and I was grateful for the team and employee named Emayzing she's going to keep a lot of people wanting to come get their pizza and wings. Thanks great service.

Waited over an hour with no update on the app for my order. Called the store and they asked for my order number, while trying to find it the person on the other end frantically dropped the phone and never came back to it. Called back about 20 minutes later and was told it would be another hour for delivery, ended up driving to the store to pick it up. Waited over 20 minutes in the store (I was the first and only one in line when I arrived) as the person working kept coming to help me then walking away to do other things. They had to recalculate my order to remove the delivery charge and couldn’t find the coupon I had used online, so I ended up paying more after getting my order 2 hours later. While I understand the shortage of not having people to work, this was not the way to handle this situation. Will not be returning to this store.

Ordered 6 pizzas at 1:30PM ish for a 7:00PM delivery. At 7:25PM I called and was placed on hold until the driver showed up with the delivery. When asked why so late a delivery the driver said a new employee was operating the oven and with all the orders they had things were backed up because the new employee was confused with the different orders...Sorry, but I've heard this one before. I never had an issue with the 43147 location nor have I had an issue with pick up at this location but this delivery experience was rather bad. I am not sure why I was routed to the Main St. location since the 43147 location is closer to my delivery address. Enough said.

Dear corporateStop hiring ain't **** workers. I'm beyond pissed my food isn't fully cooked I paid for. I don't understand why the women are shaping the doe making pizzas and the younger men can't figure out which pizzas go in which boxes. I have no faith in fast food since covid and your end products show. I should have went to lil ceasers. Waist of my time. Waist of my money. Where's the Buffalo sauce ? Looks nothing as advertised.
Absolutely the worst, burnt subs burnt cheese stuff bread .. omg my supposed to be Parmesan wings not cooked all the way zero Parmesan garlic sauce just some drizzle of whatever that was it's going to be a long before I get anything else from there.
