I miss working there with my family and friends. We worked and helped out with what ever they needed. Thanks You ? to Jim and Melinda for hiring us to volunteer. We volunteered from 2010 to 2017 . We was lucky enough to get to work in a lot of stand's but Donato's Dugout . ??

Food great. Website a disaster. Last 2 times I tried to use it could not complete task. Buttons lost brightness and could not send order. Phone call message had nerve to say that instead of waiting for someone to answer, for faster service go online! 30 minutes with no results is not faster. Staff at restaurant confirmed many complaints about website. Took my order and gave me the online only discount.FIX YOUR AWFUL WEBSITE.

The Donatos website wouldnt pull up on my computer so I called the location that delivers to my area directly at the Mill Run location in ********, **, but unbeknownst to me at the time, I was actually connected to a call center outside the country. It took ten minutes to even place my order for a large Classic Trio and a 2 liter of Diet Pepsi. I gave all my delivery information, which should have already been on file as Ive ordered from them before. I then gave all my credit card information at which point the person taking my order said it was declined. The representative then told me they couldnt complete my order. When asked for them to redo it they refused. I asked for their manager and they said there was no manager. Then they told me they could connect me to the actual store. That is when I realized I was not talking to a person at the location I was ordering from. They still refused to let me talk to their manager even after they admitted there was a manager on duty but they were busy. They put me on hold and did transfer me to the actual store location. I told that manager I would never order from them again because I didnt feel my information was safe with them. I gave out my credit card information to a third party company that said my card was declined when it was accepted without issue when I ordered from another pizza company right after that. I will be monitoring my credit card for fraudulent charges.*

Mt vernon store called for delivery....they told me how far they would deliver....2 blocks from the store....and still wanted to charge me delivery fee....smh

The District manager Martell is a liar who flirts with women and is cheating on his wife with a young girl who’s boyfriend was recently killed. Donatos does nothing about this but promotes “family values”. Kids literally working in the kitchens on the weekends at the Worthington stores, black mold under the tables in the kitchens. No one wears gloves when making pizzas as well as everyone vapes.

I've been a Donato's fan for 15+ years. But something has changed in the last year. Was there a change in the sauce? The cheese? Are they purposely being overcooked? The taste is really bad--nowhere near as delicious as it was previously. What has happened to my fave pizza?

Ordered 3 large one topping pizzas for guys working at the downtown building. Ordered a little before noon and was told 45 minutes! I called back to ask if napkins/plates could be put into the delivery and was told "sure no problem!" At one hour after placing the order, I called back to see if there was a problem with the delivery, lady told me no problem, it just came out of the oven and is leaving now! At 90 minutes, the pizza arrived! No napkins, no plates that I asked for! Also, pizza was cold and had been cooked too long and the bottom was burnt! The WORST pizza I believe I have ever eaten! I was totally embarrassed to even tell the guys, thanks for all the hard work and pizza is on us! I will never order from this location EVER AGAIN!!

After arriving at the promised pick up time, paying and leaving a tip, I had to wait 45 minutes outside the store before they handed me my food and walked away. No thanks. No sorry for your wait. Once I got home and ate the food with the family, we agreed it was the worst Donatos experience at this store since it opened. The food was bland and under cooked. This was such a bad experience, we’ll drive past Danato’s and go to any other pizza place from this point forward. We will also be compelled to tell our story to family, friends, neighbors, co-workers, and strangers.

My biggest gripe isn’t that they couldn’t fulfill my order, or that my order was late, or that my pizza was cold, or that they showed up to my door more than 2 hours after I ordered the pizza with half of my original order, or that in that setting they wanted me to pay cash after my card was already charged (without informing me I needed cash), or that they were willing to take the pizza that was already in my kids’ mouths because I didn’t want to pay twice, but that the manager was conspicuously unapologetic. Further, he blamed me because my phone sent him to voicemail when he tried to call, as it’s programmed to do.
