Donatos Pizza (Concourse C)

Not sure about the Pizza but their breakfast sandwich wasn't very good. Had the Sausage/Egg version & it was luke warm bordering on cool., combined with pretty dried out bread. Also, another customer in front of me was pretty frustrated about how much time it was taking to get a pizza to go. She said she was in danger of missing her flight.

This six piece is so small, it's a waste of 8 dollars.

Ebony is the best. Great drinks, fast service..decent food.

Maybe if everyone who worked here wasn't on their phones or tictoc live, awful service. We are stuck here due to my flight. Stay away, never buy here. Chicken was rubbery, too. They weren't rude at all, just not observant and took forever. Low volume of people ordered at the same time. I don't understand why people talk on their phones at a restaurant, and being tictoc live really annoyed me. Also, wings were hot, and we asked for mild.

Airport restaurant. What can I say? Rush rush atmosphere, pricey and nowhere to sit. We got a cheese pizza, which was pretty good. But the buffalo chicken sandwich wasn’t as good. Bread was chewy and hardly had any chicken. All the seats were taken. 4-5 tables in the place. We felt like we were bothering the cashier when we were placing our order. Stick with the pizza if you decide to eat there.

Horrible establishment. Both donatos choose who they want to serve and the close when they want. Literally didn’t want to serve me because they wanted to close so bad. All the employees were rude.

Food was amazing, and service was outstanding. The breakfast was unique and a must have. The server was very friendly and helpful.

"Do not o" come here to eat lol. Get it? Donatos Pizza?Service was nice and polite but they continued to get my order wrong multiple times and actually never even got it right like I wanted. I just ate it anyways. Okay pizza, nothing special. Flavor wise good, a little doughy.

Good and fast. Personal pizza was definitely personal sized!

Donatos is always great. Got a pick up and go pizza. Very hot and delicious.

Worst place ever. The only advantage they have they r located right before boarding gates and there are not too many options at the CMH

Nov 17 2023....Did not wait in line to see a menu. Suggestion for the owner: post a menu online or at least a paper menu outside on the 30ft of aisleway. Currently you must stand in line all the way to the counter to see the menu. The only menu in Google reviews is 6years ago and not legable.

This was totally forgettable pizza but my demand was inelastic and I didn’t have time for a sit down, so here I am, writing the review.The problem is that airport food is never very good. And the layout of the airport was utterly aggravating in that you couldn’t gain access to the other food options unless you were willing to go back through security?? So strange.The pizza was mediocre at best. Not very cheesy, crust was a little too done, and it was lukewarm.But the service was alright. Slow but they got the job done.

Walked in at 7:25pm. The employee just kinda hollered over the counter that they were closed. Hours posted online said they are open until 9pm. No hours posted at the location anywhere outside or that could be easily located.
