NEVER ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE! THEY ARE USING DOOR DASH AND WILL TELL YOU YOUR ORDER TIME AND IT WILL BE 30 MINUTES LATE AND YOUR PIZZA IS NOT FRESH HARD AS A CRACKER COLD CHEESE AND OTHER INGREDIENTS OR MORE PASSED THE ORDER TIME OR NEVER ARRIVE AT ALL. Be careful using their website. Upon completing the order, I received an error message stating that the transaction did not go through. I proceeded to reinstate the order. A few minutes later looking at my emails, I saw two confirmations, one from Doordash and one from Web support. The two transactions were completely different as I had made some changes when putting in my order the second time around. I immediately called Donatos and was assured by someone named Bri, that only one transaction was completed. She then proceeded to disconnect the call. 2 minutes later, both orders were at my door. To avoid this I would call in my order. Better yet call in and pick up. That way Doordash isn't involved.

I ordered the ”works" pizza with half pepperoni and NO mushrooms on any of it. The first one I was sent had mushrooms on my half of the pizza with the pepperoni. So I called normally they credit or replace with no issue but this time the female who answered at the Bexley location tried to argue with me and tell me that I ordered it that way and I tried to explain to her I have actual proof (as you can see in the pictures) I did not and even told her I'm not trying to argue about it and asked her if I can send her the screenshot she proceeded to aks me if I wanted it replaced as though that was the only option, so I agreed to the replacement. They replaced it and sent me another "works" pizza but this time with NO mushrooms and NO Pepperoni's.... I didn't call the 2nd time because I didn't want to speak with the same person again. Instead I submitted feedback online, I now have 2 pizzas that are not what I wanted hopefully I get a call back soone

I'm a loyal customer an I am very pd off wit the way y'all been handling things I ordered wings pizza an a calzone an I got pizza calzone an sub so I had to call an go back an get my order an it wasn't rite again 5 wings wasn't rite an the kids they got working gone ask me do I want to trade the wrong sub in they gave me a hour ago for the rite wings that was pose to be giving an they made the wings wrong an I asked politely can I get 10 wings instead of 5 for the mistake cause I have kids so food was made wrong plates got made wrong an I couldn't get 5 extra wings for y'all mistake an I had to drive back up there twice wen it would be 3 times but I'm not even gone go thru all that again for 5 wings wen I gotta put my children to bed but y'all need to be more considerate for the customers when y'all make a mistake cause we have to come back again an again an sometimes again

I came in to pick up my large pizza that I paid for with points and the manager was snippy and rude. He needs an attitude adjustment. Also they have a Cadillac escalade with 4 flat tires outside - looks like someone is living out of it. They must be friends with someone at the store or work at the store because they had an extension cord plugged in to the restaurant. Will not be coming back to this location.

I ordered a pizza along with a Pepsi. The delivery driver gets to my house and states that we will give you a Diet Pepsi as they were out of Pepsi. I called the local Donatos here in Bexley and spoke with Samantha. She said that my replacement Or Pepsi would re-delivered to me within 30 to 40 minutes. An hour goes by and I still don’t have my Pepsi. I called back and Samantha answered and I advised that I didn’t get my Pepsi. She then started getting an attitude with me and raising her voice at me as I was trying to explain the situation. Yes, I wasn’t very please and that was reflected in my tone. It’s her job to be a professional and maintain her self as I’m the customer. I asked for a refund and she gave me a $10 credit. I wanted my entitled order replaced because by now my pizza is cold. She refused to accommodate me and then threatened me and said she didn’t have to do anything for me at all and then said that she didn’t even have to offer me a credit and for the Pepsi only. She is unprofessional and rude and I won’t be back to this location ever again. I can take my business elsewhere.
