I love Donatos Pizza! Are they a bit pricey? Yea BUT you get what you paid at for and at Donators the pizza and subs are phenomenal! Lots of parking and well lit, super clean inside and out and staff were great as usual. Go try the pizza you will not be disappointed.

I dont think they have delivery drivers anymore, I ordered from Donatos and a lady delivered my pizza, wasn't in a bag to keep it warm, it was laying on her front seat, it was cold, just seems really odd

So, my family and I ordered a specialty pizza tonight from the donatos Bexley location. We went to pick it up in their drive through. We get home to find a sloppy cut, burnt pizza! I called the store to speak to a manager. He expected me to drive back there on order for him to remake the pizza. I had to get a ride to the store and didn't have a way to make that trip again tonight. So I asked if he could just provide a refund or a store credit. He claimed he couldn't hear me, yet there was no static or distortion on the phone lines. In fact, I could hear all the workers around him. He became rude, irritated, kept acting like he couldn't hear me. Then he finally said he would provide a credit, and hung up while I was in the middle of speaking to him. This was Tuesday night, 8/15/2023, at 9:29pm. Needless to say, we will never return to this location. Also, I do not recommend this location. And from the way he acted, he was probably the one that made and screwed up the order in the first place.
