I likely won't be going back. After spending most of the day flying, I was looking for something simple. Pizza sounded good. Instead, I decided to try a meatball sub. It wasn't horrible. But it wasn't impressive either. The meatballs and roll weren't that bad. But the sauce that they put on it was stone cold. What? You couldn't heat the sauce? Heck, they could have nuked the darn sandwich. And it had WAY too much of the aforementioned sauce. I'll probably go to McDonald's next time.

Ordered a pizza just now. Ordered my food. Then find out my food is randomly going to be delivered through door dash when I Ordered from the donatos site. I can't stand and refuse to use door dash. And of course my order took forever. Food arrived ice cold My driver stood on my porch yelling "yo" rather than knock. Terrible.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! I went to pick up a delivery order, and it was ridiculously awful!! First, they gave away my order, and then they denied it. The employee who was up front began cursing about me and the other customers (one who walked out without their order), and then the employees began cursing at each other. None of the employees wore hairnets or had their hair back. They weren't wearing gloves, and, frankly, their hands looked filthy as did the restaurant. I will NOT recommend this location.

The individual who made our pizza didn't give damn! Enough said. They forgot the drizzle that my wife loves. The
Pizza was not made as directed. The advertised dessert was burnt. No wonder they offer the 30% off.

Poor customer service. They saw me waiting for get help and proceeded to have what appeared to be casual conversation before helping me. I had to wait a long period of time for what seemed to be nothing because there were no other customers there at the time. Went there on my lunch break and ordered pick up in an attempt to be back to work within a decent time but that ended up being pointless because the employee of this restaurant have no courtesy or human decency for the customers.

I love Donatos pizza and try to eat at a Donatos every time I come to Columbus. However, I Will NEVER order from the 1508 N. Cassady Avenue location ever again. I placed an online order at 7:35 p.m. (a medium pizza and two breadsticks...very basic, no special requests). Via email was told that my order would arrive at 8:19 p.m. and that was quickly modified saying that they were "running a bit behind" and would now be arriving between 8:28 and 8:32 p.m. Not a big deal and figured that maybe the slight delay was due to the bad weather that Columbus was experiencing. As we were only staying .3 miles away a few more minutes would not hurt. At 8:34 I called, after being transferred, spoke to a man who told me that my order was on the way. At 8:55 I made my second call and after being transferred I spoke to the same man and told him that I had called 25 minutes prior and was told that my order was on the way and it still had not arrived...mind you I was .3 miles away! He asked me to hold and 12 minutes later I hung up as he never came back on the line. Frustrated does not even properly describe my feelings! At 9:07 p.m. I made yet another call. Again, after being transferred, I spoke to the same man, and told him NOT to put me on hold again for an additional 12 minutes and that I was very upset that he put me on and never came back to answer my questions or give me an update on my order. He started to make some kind of excuse, I cut him off and said that at this time it had been almost two hours and I wanted to know if I needed to go somewhere else for my dinner. He stammered and said yes. What an absolute joke. Unfortunately, I did not get the man's name (and I use the term "man" lightly) as I was blatantly lied to when I was told that my order was on the way. Why lie??? Whoever owns this location should really evaluate their employees. I guess I should have paid more attention to the 3.1 rating. This experience doesn't even deserve a 1.

We ordered 2 medium pizzas and werent told how long it would be, which you always should be told at an airport. Watching the 1 guy in the kitchen was like watching a sloth sleep. He was unbelievably slow and just didn't care at all. It was a solid 20-25 minute wait. Then when we got on the plane, there was barely any cheese or sauce and very minimal toppings. Definitely not worth $26. I know donatos pizza well and this wasn't it. I'd pass on it next time.

Parking: They have a small bar to wait in yvat holds about 8 people.

Called for delivery. Sent to an AI operator. And then a call center. I just want to order from the damn store. All this AI and call center shit has to cost the consumer more money. Whole reason I do not order from Cassanos anymore. Way to expensive for not one bit of person service when i am spending my personal money

Too many reviews talking about the food is cold. Get to the restaurant 15/20 minutes after placing an order, and the food is excellent.

Worst place ever!!!!!!! I have ordered from this place a few times and each time they messed up my order or took 2 hrs to deliver and the food is cold. I spent 44 dollars for pizza, wings, pop, and a sub. It was delivered by door dash instead of donatos even though I ordered through donatos. Then dasher Carlos just hangs it to my kids outside and when I saw the order he is gone and I have Emmanuels order instead. I tried calling the dasher and the number that was sent in a text doesn't work! Then I call to speak with a manager after 18mins of waiting I get MacKenzie on the line who clearly could care less and even though I waited over an hour to get my food, she could only offer to remake my order and couldn't tell me when they could send it to me so I then asked for a refund. Then mins later I get a call from Emmanuel who was offering me to come to my house to bring me my order. Although that's was very kind I don't him and he now has my name address and telephone number!

WORST DONATOS EVER! 1st time-they forgot the MEAT in my calzone. 2nd time- delivery over 1hr COLD upon arrival. 3rd and LAST time- over 1hr delivery for an individual pizza to a hotel ACROSS THE STREET!!! Again cold! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! BUYER BEWARE!

lots of cursing a foul language being used. I ordered a sub at the counter. The man told me ten minutes the store was pretty slow. they were occupied with cursing and talking to each other that my sub was never made until I was standing there for 15 mins. There was a guy that was supposed to meet a manager there, he was in a wheelchair. they watched him approach the entry and no one offered to help so I did. They ended up telling the guy that the manager would meet with him on another day. The man headed for the door to leave, and I again assisted him. He then asked if I could assist him with putting his wheelchair in his car which I did! Grateful I was there because no one there had the care to help him. Nor was he greeted with a warm welcome. Hire so new employees, not people who curse in front of customers and do not have a desire to help. My grandmother worked for this location for 10plus years before and after they relocated this store, when it was on old Cassady. Sad that the workers are so unprofessional.
