I’m sitting at the Donatos location right now. It is approximately 12:03 PM. I was just told by a young African-American gentleman working there. They are closing early when cars are standing in line. He’s sending us away and will not order our food. The location sign on the front door says they do not close until 1:30 AM. I could not understand This level of service.

We had our food delivered. It arrived within the time frame stated, and the food was Delicious. But Most Importantly the order was Correct. We are a larger family, and unfortunately our delivery orders are wrong the majority of the time
