This Donatos I won’t be going to. They have terrible service. I ordered on the app hoping to be quick. I waited in the drive thru for 15 min with no help. Even honked. It’s like no one was working.

Worst experience at a donatos. My pizza took over an hour because they claimed that my pizza got burnt the first time. I sat in the the drive thru window while the employees searched for my pizza and laughed about not knowing where my order was at. Completely unprofessional and should not be in business.

I’m sitting at the Donatos location right now. It is approximately 12:03 PM. I was just told by a young African-American gentleman working there. They are closing early when cars are standing in line. He’s sending us away and will not order our food. The location sign on the front door says they do not close until 1:30 AM. I could not understand This level of service.
