I ordered a large (EXTRA) Sausage pizza and when I opened it up it looked like there was less sausage than normal, plus the pizza looked and tasted like it had been sitting around too long - the pizza wasn't even warm. I called them back and the younger girl said if I take it back they would make me another one. I had no ride, so I was basically stuck with a cold pizza that definitely wasn't EXTRA Sausage. I should've just stuck with the pizza places that I know and not want something different. I definitely paid the price -$17.85 for a large EXTRA Sausage that was terrible...

The manager Lynn wouldn't give me a full refund or wouldn't just bring me a large pizza when the app messed up and said and it says on my end that I order a large pizza with a large breadstick but she's saying it on her end it does not but then wouldn't get me a refund

Called for delivery. The AI messed up the order. Spoke to an actual human and she repeated everything back right. Got the order delivered and was missing half the order and the driver didn’t have have $5 for change back. So completely disappointed and dissatisfied with this!
Delivered 15 minutes late. The pizza looked like they took an old cheese pizza and threw the toppings on it and heated it up. You can tell that none of the toppings were cook with the pizza. I order a mariachi beef pizza all the time so I know what it normally looks like.

Today August 26 2024 This place is getting worse! Few months back ordered sub dressing on side. No dressing at all ! Today! Order big don Italian sub dressing on side and it was SOAKED in dressing! Ordered pizza light sauce, I got someone else's pizza! This order was totally messed up from get go. AI took my order, repeated order and it was accurate. So, the employees messed it up! Guess I wont be ordering from them for a LONG while!

They delivered our order and when we told them items are missing the driver says it would take too long to go get your order from the store and come all the way back. The food we paid for to be delivered. He told us to call the store but the store just let's the phone ring until it automatically hangs up so you cant get refund. So if you want to pay for food but not get to eat dinner, then you should order from here. If you like to get to eat the food you pay for, I recommend going elsewhere.
