I ordered a pizza on line when I went to start my car to go pick it up my car wouldn't start. I called trying to see if they would deliver it instead. I called for 45 minutes they won't answer the phone.

Got a lrg pizza sausage an cheese. Omg were is the cheese. 👀. Now I have to turn On the oven to get it crisp. Ugh. An it's hot an humid outside. . Ok. Have a good day

Hit-or-Miss Event Pizza – But I'd Give Them Another Shot!
Recently had Donatos pizza at an event, so this isn't a dine-in review, but here's the lowdown on a few of their pies.
First off, the Hawaiian was actually pretty decent. And yeah, I'm one of those people who likes pineapple on pizza, so it worked for me. The pepperoni, however, was just... eh. Nothing to write home about, easily forgettable.
The biggest miss for me was the Buffalo chicken – it swung way too far into salty territory. Like, grab-a-gallon-of-water salty. Definitely not my favorite slice of the night.
Given the mixed bag, I'm still curious enough to try Donatos again, but I'd absolutely be ordering different things next time. There's potential, especially if you find the right combo!

Got the wrong food. Called several times with no answer. They have ai doing calls now which is bullish!t… doubt I’ll ever get donatos again after this

Very clean inside. Exceptionally professional and polite employees. My order was accurate. My food was hot and delicious and crewmember Oliver took really good care of me.

They left my pizza and sub on the ground after they were told to come to back door a dog or animal could have got it plus that is unsanitary. They would not answer the phone afterwards

Order a medium pepperoni, and it arrived, and it was a beautiful pie. Then, take a couple of bites, and it tasted of raw dough. I figured it's because I am sick, so I put it away . Today, I put it in the oven to warm it. Same taste. Put it back to bake it out some. Same raw dough taste. $24 dollars of disappointment. The lesson learned is that Donatos is for thin crust only.
