Not sure who pissed in their cheerios this morning but all of the employees were unnecessarily rude and visibly pissed off by some other situation happening not related to me. Why they were also rude to me as a result of that incident with someone else is a mystery to me. Not a bad Donatos pie tho, if I had more time on lunch would've just went somewhere else.

(ZERO STARS IF I COULD) .DO NOT spend your money here. it clearly shows they have anybody working on the line did not cut. Had to do it myself, Mind you I am currently with my Wife in the hospital so its a Butter knife I had to use. Neither one of my subs were cut did not give me no dressing on the side did not follow no directions at all so at that point, the building needs Demolished!!!

I called this location to place an order for delivery and the automated system flagged my address as too far away ([according to Apple Maps] 1.2 miles) so it transferred me to the store. When a real person picked up the phone, she immediately told me to place it through the automated system because she was “really busy”. Not sure how I’m supposed to place an order at all at this point.

I ordered a pizza from this location at approximately 10:15 tonight and was told it would arrive around 10:50. I just received a notification that the new arrival time is 11:47 PM. This is the last time I ever order from Donatos.

The two ladies working at 7:00 on July 3rd were unprofessional, unprepared, and had no business being left unsupervised. The dining room was filled with people that were either waiting on orders or were waiting to have their food remade because they received the wrong order. When the pizza arrived roughly 30 minutes after it should have, the beef in the mariachi beef pizza was piled in the middle. I witnessed a food delivery driver and other patrons yelled at, and a 2 liter bottle thrown around in frustration. Of course no one had a name tag. Needless to say this is the last time I make the mistake of ordering from Donatos. They really need to hire a better trained staff.

Pizza was decent, subs sucked. Was promised 1239 delivery but didn't get it til 1259... horrible. The sub was not good at all. We usually go to northwest Blvd but tried this location clearly a big mistake. No communication on the delivery issue.
