Sent in an order on the Donato's app for pick up. Arrived at the pickup window and waited 30 minutes for someone to come to the window. They just kept walking by the window and would not answer it. There were at least 5 cars in line behind me waiting. I left left the pickup window to go inside and the doors were locked. I got back in line for the pickup window and waited another 15 more minutes waiting. I left. A waste of time and money since I could not get ahold of anyone to get a refund and a refund is not an option on the app.

It was terrible. I ordered online, arrived at the scheduled time, and my order wasn't ready. I waited and waited, then they came out and told me it would be 3 minutes, and I waited and waited again. In the end, I wasted 30 minutes. I turned around without saying anything and left it at that. Since I wasted my time, they can waste theirs finishing the order. The good thing is I got my money back.

I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza on line . The delivery was 100% . The pizza was Sahara Desert Dry . After further review , there was no sauce on it . I am done with Donatos .SMH !

Ordered my food and it was supposed be ready by 5:36 pm and had to wait in line for almost an hour for all my food to be burnt. And I called the store and waited on hold for over 15 mins to not finish what I was saying to be hung on. And when I came back with the burnt food they was rude and I asked to talk to the one that answered the phone and they won't let me talk to them. Hopefully they get a visit from corporate. They was also turning customer's away that wanted to order food. This makes no sense

I order a medium pepperoni with extra pep and banana peppers it wasn't on time I called and was told a door dash driver stole it and they made me another one it will be here in5 minutes . Me:if you just made it how it's gonna be here in 5 minutes any wootarather I pick up or have delivered its either burned don't come second one hahaha it comes and it's cold. Not the correct order at all wasn't double pepperoni. Yall suck !!!!!

So I decided to order at 2:30 and have the order for 5:30 pm. 5:30 pm rolls around and no pizza, I call and call the location up to at least 20 times without getting an answer. I go to the store to see what happened with my order the driver took it. Go home wait another 30 minutes then decided to go back to the store because the pizza hadn't been delivered yet. Get to the store and then i get a call from the door dash driver saying he delivered my pizza. Frustrated, i leave the store and head home when i get home my order is sitting on my porch in FREEZING!!!! temperatures. I've been ordering from you guys for 25 years and ever since you implemented the door dash you're service has been crap. My food was supposed to be ready by 5:30 and didn't get to the house until 6:30.
