I went to pick up my order and the girl at the counter was busy on her phone. She never asked while I was standing there if I was picking up, so I ended up waiting on the person in front of me to figure out what they wanted from the menu and then order. When I worked retail, we at least asked if the person behind was picking up if the person up front was taking too long, and we'd ask the person up front if they'd be fine with us handing off the pickup order.
