When I arrived I was told it was cash only so I had to leave, go to an ATM, get back in the drive thru line again and get my order. Obviously by now the pizza was a good 30 minutes old and sitting on the warmer. Employee gave me 3 dollar discount which wasn't a discount since I had a 3.50 atm fee but I guess it's better than nothing. Just felt like they could have done more for the inconvenience but really seemed not to care...like it was my problem.

After calling in our order(garlic bread and pizza), when we got there to pick it up the server only had the pizza ready. When we asked how long it would be for the bread, she ignored us and shut the window. The server had long hair which was not covered or pulled back and she wore no gloves while handling our food. We had ordered and paid for extra sauce for the bread which we had to remind to server to add. VERY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE. Will NOT be returning.

I have never had a problem.with my food here. Until now. First, she didn't check the receipt. I had to ask for the 4 cookies I ordered, and ranch.I get home and my wings and pizza were soggy and not crispy well done like I asked in the special instructions box. It was like the wings were warmed up in the microwave. I had to end up re-cooking my wings and pizza in my air fryer. Again, I have never had this problem before.

You pay $5 for delivery plus tip, you would think the food would be hot and show up on time.
Came to this location today and the team member who helped me was extremely pleasant. She was so kind and personable which is rare in this day and age. I saw how the other team members interacted with other customers and they were all so polite and helpful! Keep up the good work!

The Worse Donatos Ever I Work In The Area Usually Try To Order On My Lunch Break I Gave This Location 3 Chances Before I Ended Up Here Strike One I Placed A Order It Said It Would Be Ready At 1140 I Goto Lunch At 12 Takes 5 Mins To Get There 1205pm Wasn't Done Just Started It When I Pulled Up ..Strike 2 Same Thing Happened This Time They Rushed The Pizza And Gave Me A Raw Pizza Still Doughy...Stike 3 I Placed A Order They Said They Didn't Have It In There System At All Even Though They Gave Me A Pick Up Time And And Total ..This Past Thursday They Told Me My Order Would Be Done At 1140 Get There At 1210 They haven't Even Started It 1210pm ..they wouldn't even come to the window ..the girl from the back had to come and told me 5 more mins that turned into 20 mins my lunch was over i just left i only get a 30 min lunch so no time to even go any where else

2nd time ordering in a week and both times pizza freezing cold also didn't get my 2 liter pop which they refunded the pop but what about my cold pizza that I havt to put back in oven? Spoke to a lady I ask if they delivere with oven bag 1st she says yes but I clearly watched my pizza get token out the back seat of delivery car with no oven bag never will I order from them again waste of money then I tipped the mf
