Never mind, I placed my order with Papa John's! Get rid of the Robot before it gets rid of your customers! You lost 1 tonight already!

The pizza only five minutes away once we received it it was salty and cold the crust was burnt I took a photo but don’t see where I can post it this was one of the greatest pizza places I’ve always ordered in Columbus but never again I’ll never recommend anyone but two each its own Marcos the best pipping hot and delicious I just wanted to go different and now regretting I did

Ordered two heart shaped pizza. Worse pizza I’ve ever had it was so burnt l ate couple pieces the rest is in garbage. I was not able to get out to return it. I hope they do refund me. My recommendation go to pizza house they may not hd heart shaped pizza But 100 percent better. So disappointed.

The “General Managrr” Rob is rude and racist. I can’t even believe donatos has this man as a GM. My sub bun was hard and old. The cashier at the front said they would make it over. Rob brought the new sub out and stated “there was nothing wrong with that sub and next we will NOT be remaking it.” I said the bread was old and he proceeded to yell at me. I told him to take the sub back and give me my money. He refused at first and then said he would do it. He even had the audacity to ask for the ranch packet back. While I was inside trying to get me my receipt he told me he couldn’t do it and he’s not IT. Donatos seriously this is who you have working as a manager??? This dude is on a serious power trip. He manages teenagers and thinks he can speak to customers this way?? Oh yeah I was also told that since I gave the food back I would never be able to order from this location again. Ha! Like I ever would. Do better donatos.

Delivery has been more than 30 minutes late both times I have ordered. 2nd time missing items. Why even offer it if you use a 3rd party that can't or won't do it right? It is the same average, over-priced pizza they have always had, except now you get it delivered to you late and cold.

Very very disrespectful very very unprofessional staff that answers the phone. Worker cursed customer out because customers wants there money for food they did not receive. Worker Would not allow customers to talk nor would he give his name and when customers tired to talk worker processed to yell, and cursed customers out. He act as if it was his money that was spend. Worker never gave customers there money and hung up on them with the problem unresolved

My partner ordered me a pizza for delivery last night, pretty late around midnight. The delivery driver was spectacular! (I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name). He called me before leaving to verify the easiest, best door to meet me at, at my very complicated apartment building. This was amazing, as so many times I’ve seen orders be left outside (by different restaurants or delivery places). The pizza and cinnamon sticks were great! My partner ordered this as a gift to me ❤️ and the experience as a whole was just amazing! Thank you again to the store for the much needed delicious food and the driver who was so kind. :)

Arrived literally on the dot, fresh/hot and order was accurate.. the “small” was the same size other places call medium (and the works was delicious)
