Been here many times and the pizza is always good, fresh and tasty. Tonight I went and they actually gave my pizza away to someone else by mistake. The employee (may have been the boss) was very apologetic and caring. She handled the situation well, had a new pizza made in 10 minutes and it was probably the best pizza I’ve had from there. Mistakes happen, it’s all good and they did a a great job. Will return for sure

Food is good as always.. travelled home for the weekend from NY and Donatos is always on the list. Ordered from the app which has a lot to be desired but the staff was super friendly and sorted out the issues while I was there. Reallyiss this place when I am away. Their party cut pizza is absolutely lovely. Treat yourself!!

I just wanted to give a shout out to the blonde girl who cashed me out tonight Tuesday, July 1 at 10:30 pm she was so sweet I was having a bad night and she made it better great customer service ❤️
Just tried to place my order, first it was a robot, couldn't get my order right, then a human who hung up on me. Called back 2 more times - just to get hung up on AGAIN! Never mind, I placed my order with Papa John's! Get rid of the Robot before it gets rid of your customers! You lost 1 tonight already!

The pizza only five minutes away once we received it it was salty and cold the crust was burnt I took a photo but don’t see where I can post it this was one of the greatest pizza places I’ve always ordered in Columbus but never again I’ll never recommend anyone but two each its own Marcos the best pipping hot and delicious I just wanted to go different and now regretting I did

Ordered two heart shaped pizza. Worse pizza I’ve ever had it was so burnt l ate couple pieces the rest is in garbage. I was not able to get out to return it. I hope they do refund me. My recommendation go to pizza house they may not hd heart shaped pizza But 100 percent better. So disappointed.

The “General Managrr” Rob is rude and racist. I can’t even believe donatos has this man as a GM. My sub bun was hard and old. The cashier at the front said they would make it over. Rob brought the new sub out and stated “there was nothing wrong with that sub and next we will NOT be remaking it.” I said the bread was old and he proceeded to yell at me. I told him to take the sub back and give me my money. He refused at first and then said he would do it. He even had the audacity to ask for the ranch packet back. While I was inside trying to get me my receipt he told me he couldn’t do it and he’s not IT. Donatos seriously this is who you have working as a manager??? This dude is on a serious power trip. He manages teenagers and thinks he can speak to customers this way?? Oh yeah I was also told that since I gave the food back I would never be able to order from this location again. Ha! Like I ever would. Do better donatos.
