The last 3 times I ordered subs, I asked for them to be well done. They were not! They were barely warm. The bun was doughy. This place can’t follow instructions. That’s it, never will order from there again!

:) im so glad that I didn’t choose to eat anywhere but here tonight. the place was clean, the food was fresh & the customer service that Nolan and the staff provided was truly amazing. he suggested the hot honey pizza and it tasted great! it’s honestly a breath of fresh air to eat out these days and have an all around the board good experience AND be treated with kindness. thank you Donatos !

Pretty good pizza. It has been a while sinceI have had Donatos. Not as good as I remember. Got it to go so not sure of atmosphere. Pretty reasonable price.

Really upset with the last order I placed at this Donatos. I ordered a personal pizza and asked for extra chicken and mushrooms. There is definitely NO mushrooms on the pizza and some of the slices were missing chicken much less having extra chicken. Disappointed after driving back home to realize it wasn’t made correctly.

Placed a pickup order for 2 individual pizzas and a side salad at 7:15p. Said it would be ready at 7"45.. Arrived at 7:45 at te window and waited while I watched 2 make employees joking and having fun.. Finally an employee tod me my salad was ready but asked that I park to the side to wait for the pizzas. I did so and noticed I wasn't the only one waiting. At 8:05 I went inside to ask what the problem was, of course understaffed, bad management, etc. I expressed my displeasure but both men. didn't seem to care. After explaining that they're understaffed, orders are backed up....no one cared about their customers. I know I will never return!

Horrible horrible staff. I’m sure not all are bad but be prepared to get spit in your food, cussed at, and hung up on. This is crazy, especially for this location!! Check your food for spit !

It is so apparent that they are understaffed. This is not the first time. After waiting 10 mins on hold, listening to that obnoxious message, trying to call, I decided to just drive to this location. I asked if they were busy and they said no. The worker taking my order, who was very pleasant, admitted he was new ,but it took him 5 minutes to get it right. It is obvious, he needs more training and he should have asked for help. I ordered a salad and it took 15 minutes to come out. I was told I could not have a cup of water (I was at the drive through window), because “the manager said it was unsanitary to have them touch the cup”. Well, how do they hand customers cups and pizza boxes when you eat inside?! Ridiculous! The whole affair ate up my whole lunch break. I will never go back for lunch! I do not blame the workers but rather the Donatos corporation. They need more help. The salad, however, was very good.

Save yourself the headache and just walk in and order .... Or even better, go a little further to another donatos.Not sure if i can remember a time they haven't messed up my order. It used to be a staple of my weekly routine...they were great... now it's a complete flop.Sure you can still get food from Donatos but unless you are there to manage the place yourself, you won't get anything close to what you want.Things to remember:1) Don't assume your preorder means anything.2) Don't assume your food will be ready anywhere near the time your are provided when ordering online.3) If you did order online, ask if they even started your pizza when you get there. It's likely not, even if you arrive after your "ready time". 4) don't be afraid to ask the status because they would rather ignore the issue.5) even though they had your online order and could charge you, they might not know what you ordered. Its worth reminding them if you had to remind them to put the pizza in the oven.6) double check your order7) tripe check your order8) just go somewhere elseReally... just go to another Donatos there is one on bethel.2522 bethel road - it's like 1.5 miles away.Thank me later

Picked up my pizza, it was missing items, I was unable to get through to the phone to anybody because they don’t have anybody working, even sent a social media request into Denado‘s with no response. Finally call the 800 number and basically since I ate the pizza as is, there’s nothing they could do for me. Have to admit this is the worst customer service from any chain and I would never recommend going to them.

This was once an average pizza place. Not good, but reliable, fairly inexpensive and mediocre. The last two visits - including last night are the worst service and product I've maybe ever received. Good luck getting them to answer the phone -- it simply is a roll of the dice before 9 PM. And yes, I'm ordering via the app, but calling because something is wrong with order. Last night ordered two basic large pizzas supposed to be ready for pick up at 5:55. Went to drive thru window and they take my money and tell me to pull in spot they'll be out shortly. There are 5-ish other cars parked. 6:20 - no pizza and no employee in sight. I find one - he can't find my pizza - I tell him to refund me. 6:30 he brings my pizzas out 35 minutes late - the mocks my lack of appreciation. Go home - 1 pizza wrong but clearly just made - the other pizza pathetically wrong and clearly made 30+ minutes ago. Don't go here. It's terrible.

I’ve faced a very disappointing experience ordering online from Donatos website.I’ve placed an order on the website on September 25, at 8:36 pm, I tried to call the store after an hour of not receiving the order I was told that the store is waiting for a driver to pickup the order. I received an e-mail confirming that the order has left the store at 9:34, after two hours of still not receiving the order I’ve tried to reach out for the store again, the person who answered the phone claimed that she’s the store manager her name is Kenzy, and stated they handled the order to DoorDash driver and it’s none of their responsibility. Although me as a customer I haven’t selected DoorDash to deliver my order, Kenzy replied rudely and insisted that it’s none of her responsibility, and hang up the phone.This is totally irrespecutful and unprofessional in every way possible from such a big pizza chain.NB: this wasn’t my first bad experience ordering from online from Donatos
