I ordered online for pickup. When it was available, I walked to pick it up, I'm staying at the hotel next door. The front door is locked and the drive thru is backed up to the road. I called 3 times and got no answer as I watch the employees working inside. Then someone opens the door for me. I stand at the counter as a couple more people walk in. An employee announced that we should exit the side door as other employees complained that people were in the lobby as it should be closed. So now I'm back at my hotel with no pizza , the feels like is 14°. The parking lot and drive thru are packed. How exactly am I supposed to get my pizza? 1 hour and 15 minutes later, still waiting. One week later, no pizza and no response from Donatos. Shocked.

Placed a large order for an office as a thankyou. Requested delivery at 12:30, and they asked for and confirmed the delivery address twice. Despite menu showing vegan options, they said they didn't know anything about that. OK, adjusted the order. At 12:55, no delivery, so called the restaurant on Grant. Was told the order had been waiting for me to pick up for 30 minutes, they had no record of delivery request. No apology, no offer to refund or give credit. So, sent folks to retrieve the order, which arrived at 1:20 and was mostly cold. Was told by folks in the office they have problems often with this store. Needless to say, we will never use this location again.

The washing of hands or sanitizing of hands are not in this establishment by the employees. The window employee comes from break and just walks to the window starts working. I don't see or hear and hands or water being used.

Pizza was good. The sauce was a little sweet though.
I like donatos pizza. Especially the very vegy. I gave them a 5 star because even though they don't follow instructions or maybe just cannot read well, at the S Grant location, the food was on point today. Would have preferred what I selected. But it's all good.

I ordered a large, thin pepperoni 150. This pizza is an extra $2.00. I had 90 pepperonis tops. I even took a picture. Of course, it's Friday night, I'm off work, kids are hungry, and their not answering the phone. As I write this, I am on hold. 7 minutes and counting. I had to let my kids eat. I wasn't even going to go to this location, but I have Bexley traffic on a Friday night, and God for sure will never go to Thurman Ave again. I'm never disappointed with the Bexley branch. I was ripped off.

I pick up DoorDash orders from this restaurant a couple times a day some days, if the merchants need confirmation for an order I'm disabled and can't come into the store, the employee needs to come to my car with the food to see me take a picture and completely confirm the order. Also I've been dashing for 6 years now and if we can't get a order no one will, as we're one of the very few dashers out here doing the job correctly!!!
