This letter is to formally complain about the salad I ordered from Donatos store #37. The Service was the worst I ever seen,,no attentiveness to the customer,, when I ask employee why it took so long for my order he stated that they were having a managers meeting. I waited close to 25 minutes for a salad!! As a loyal customer this is totally unacceptable, no urgency!! for the Customer,,it’s the worst I’ve ever experience.

It's a chain pizza shop, don't expect much outta it.

I ordered a well-done bake with extra parm shake and they took that as a lite bake and no shake.

Also the founders favorite comes with banana peppers, which much be the most expensive item on the menu their now with how little they put on the pizza...

This is mad sad because I lived in autos, but I ordered breadsticks, pizza and wings and they forgot to make the wings. They didn’t put light cheese on my pizza like I requested and I paid extra for two sides of marinara and they only gave me one. It’s my favorite place to go, but it’s like dang I get your stuff together. People were just on their phones FaceTime in the entire time And they didn’t even read my ticket to see if they had everything. Oh yeah, and the front doors weren’t even unlocked during business hours lol. They also charged me $3 extra because they didn’t include the pizza pals deal. I tried ordering online, but the app and the website never works. Nothing ever loads. Sad to see local chain like this. I came down from bowling green and I always order Donatos. Need to stop ordering from this one or just not get it at all. Start to take a turn for the worst and mess things up when I’m giving you guys my money lololol. You guys need undercover boss again bad…

Actually a great place and a great location, I have come there to dine in a few times, but the last time I went there this was the most filthiest Donato's I have been to. Broken high chairs, bathroom and dining area's filthy, glass windows remained you like someone who doesn't clean their car windows in the winter time. Looks like they only hire enough people to make pizza and run the cas register, to hell with keeping the clean. They have the potential to be a great Donato's!!!!

This donatos took my money and I didnt get any food. I called customer service 17 times and they just transferred me and no one at the store answered the phone. No food. Money taken and no help to get my refund.

On 5/25/26, I ordered online and paid online. I showed up a little after it was supposed to be picked up and when I got to the window they said they’re a little behind. Okay cool, I can wait.

An hour passes and multiple cars seem to have gotten their food after I already ordered. A person who arrived to the window after me and was told to wait as well also got their food before me. I got out of my car to ask if my food was ready because I’d been waiting for them for an hour at this point. My order was just sitting there I guess.

I was then given attitude for asking whether or not my order was ready and mentioning how long I’d been waiting. I didn’t raise my voice, get argumentative, and didn’t show any frustration, I just simply asked the question, gave my name, and mentioned how long I’ve been waiting in the spot they told me to go.
