Don't order from this place. They use Doordash for their deliveries so you know that even if it does show up, you're only going to get half of your order. I waited around an hour and a half for 3 different drivers to be assigned to it, one of them asking me to cancel the order in the Doordash app that I didn't even order through. Then after all that time they cancel it. I should have ordered lunch while I was waiting on the lunch that I ordered. Absolute trash

If I could give zero stars I would my pizza came dry burnt flipped all different ways and nasty customer service was given. I am disgusted this location is still open. Donatos is failing as a company.

The MOD on November 5th, 2025 at 5:50pm was very rude and seemed to not have any patience with me or third party workers like DoorDash. Rather than having another employee check the status of my order, she apparently got into an argument with my driver since she was counting money on an open floor (and not in an office ). This made my first driver leave and prompt a second one. When I called, the manager sounded flustered and almost bothered that I asked for an update since I had gotten all of updates from my first driver. She abruptly hung up on me without any deals on ETA or when my order would be ready. It's a shame the service has gone down so much at this location. Seems like a lack of pride.

Ordered a pizza and cinnamon sticks 5 hrs got told it was already picked up by a dasher which it wasn’t then later proceeds to say they will remake my order and send it out again haven’t gotten nothing yet lol plus it’s been another 3 hours on top of that and they aren’t answering the phone. Last time they will ever recieve my money

I made a order yesterday and it was incorrect. I was sent breadsticks instead of a Big Don sub when I called this location to correct my order I was placed on hold mid sentence without even being asked to be placed on hold. When I called back. There was no answer then eventually they answered and hung up the phone on me and I never received my correct order. Please do not order from this location. They are unprofessional, when I called the next day to speak to the manager I was hung up again and was told that I needed to contact corporate so I will be doing so.

Things get busy, but their delivery driver handed my order to a random person standing on the sidewalk instead of walking up to the door to deliver. Please do what uber does and confirm the recipient please. It will be a while till I order again.

I felt silly for ordering cheap, medium tier pizza like Donatos anyways and this cements the fact that I'll never order from this chain again.
Every time I order from here, the order of poor quality. Pizza with five pieces of pepperoni on it, sub with giant chunks of old lettuce and a single slice of salami

TERRIBLE!! And has been for years! I work downtown so its conveniently located but everytime I try to support, Im met with the same issues. Today, I placed an order to be ready in 15mins. When I arrived at the store at the pick up time, the employee at drive thru window said the pizza was never made and would be an addntl 15min wait! Mind you this staff what sitting outside on the curb when I came to the drive thru and Im sure he is the same one responsible for not putting the pizza in the oven in the first place!!! The staff is generally unprepared to handle the demand of being a Downtown location, and they burn the pizzas/food regularly. Today I decided to write a review bc I am really pissed. Whats more, the last 4 most recent reviews confirm that I am not alone. NEVER AGAIN!
