My husband ordered a pizza and breadsticks through the website for the Bethel location, once the food arrived it was NOT our order at all. I called the driver who dropped it off to see if he had another order with him and accidentally gave us the wrong one, but he stated that he tried to confirm at the restaurant there were two items in the order and the person working told him “no that’s right and it’s correct” so he took it. I then called the restaurant and explained the situation (pretty calmly considering how HANGRY I was at this point) and the man working stated he couldn’t refund the order since it was picked up by DoorDash ( we didn’t order through DD, we ordered on the Donatos website) and insisted on giving us a $30 credit for future orders or we could come pick it up and he’d remake it since he felt bad (the order we got won’t get eaten since we like none of the toppings) It was 11pm and we ordered delivery for a reason! This was my first ever experience with Donatos and it will certainly be my last.

Horrible service fire the manager VERY unprofessional! Food horrible, slow and very rude will never be back will be filing a complaint on the BBB! Was told after I completed a survey on my receipt id get a free item. I called in to inquire about it manager seemed annoyed and attempted to rush me off the phone and not hear me out as if she was frustrated ! Do better training

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at Donatos. I paid for my order in person, and when I came back the employee told me my order “didn’t exist” and refused to remake it. Instead of fixing their mistake, she insisted on giving me a refund and left me standing there with no food and no explanation. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful – I will not be coming back to this location. If I could, I'd have been given zero stars.

Orders at 10:45pm and the order was never delivered. I called at 11:36 pm and was told due to no drivers it was given to door dash. Called back 10 minutes later and she said she was mistaken, it was still in the store. The Bethel Rd location is trash. I will never order from there again!

Just went in at 10:30 p.m., all the lights in the dining room are OFF . They said that since they close at MIDNIGHT, they are shutting everything down??? ... AN HOUR IN A HALF BEFORE CLOSE!?!?!?
