Love their pizza, but we will not be reordering baked desserts from this location until something is resolved. My friend has become a bit of a regular here and last night she ordered these bread twists with sprinkles and frosting on them. After eating some, she offered me a few of them that I originally refused. I tried them today and to my surprise, they were undercooked. Like all through it was raw dough, I can still taste the baking soda. It already sucks that this sweet little treat got ruined for me, but what I'm really upset about is that my friend ate 4 or 5 of these without saying anything to me and now she's at work blissfully unaware of the possibility of him having salmonella from these bread twists.

I have never had a dry calazone nor a hollow burnt until it's black. With these large cut pieces of bell peppers. The message is don't come back so I won't. We order from here regularly. My husband is working and I'm home sick and on meds so got a delivery. The cook trashed it. I spent more in delivery fees and tip than the calazone. This should have been thrown out and remade. Why deliver this embarrassment?

You almost killed me. I ordered a pizza without onions bc I am highly allergic to onions. Apparently you didn't care bc you put extra onions on the pizza. So now, not only did I take an Epi shot but I'm also hospitalized. My throat swelled so bad my breathing was majorly obstructed. If you have a food allergy, don't order here. They don't care

I spent $80 worth of food from this location on a Friday night to feed my 7 kids. After finally getting the order (which was prolonged because they wouldn’t give the DoorDasher my order with no hot bag- understandable), I was missing half of my order (wings). I called to see what was up and they wouldn’t send a driver- told me I needed to come pick up the missing wings. There was no explanation of what happened. No help with any kind of small refund or at least delivery fee. No coupon for next time. So I ended up paying delivery, tip and having to bring all of my kids out of the house at 9pm to go get the wings. Customer service is LACKING. Second time having a bad experience at this location with the staff. Food was fine.

1/10 Wouldn’t recommend ordered a original thin crust pizza when it arrived it was not cut I have called plenty of times. Left a voicemails and management has not ever returned a phone call wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. Very poor customer service.

I would be amiss if I did not give this pizza five stars. If every pizza was like this I would order it everyday. I ordered the chicken spinach garlic mozzarella pizza. And it was absolute perfection. Don't sleep on this pizza it's amazing if you want something healthier.

I asked for light baked and pizza was, AGAIN, overcooked. And the extra cheese added made the pizza have a not good flavor. Also, less pepperoni was used.

James the manager is a lying piece of trash, called and claimed didn’t have stuffed crust trying to offer a credit and I said the normal crust was fine so he canceled the order and said he’d put it back through only to see at 12:29 my order was cancelled, I made the original order at 10:26 and he called me at 10:46 now I’m sitting here with no food because of this lying piece of trash who closed the store early and does so basically whenever he feels like it. if you don’t fire James and his other manager buddy other speak of on here I will never order from any of your stores ever again

I guess someone can call this place and just cancel your order without you knowing or evidently giving a name. Then they will make you pay again and wait to remake your order for something you didn’t even cancel.
