I never really liked thin pizza in the past, but my girlfriend convinced me to try donatos. I gotta say I wasn’t expecting much at first but the pizza was phenomenal. Perfect crunchy texture, but still airy at the same time. Sauce was sweet but not overbearing, and they really do mean it when they say edge to edge super cheesy! Lol with all that being said will definitely come back for more!

Just ordered food from here pizza was cut terribly and barely even cut was cold as well cheese bread I ordered was not cut at all and the boneless wings I ordered were very cold 🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️ very very disappointed i wasted my hard earned money for cold and sloppy food best thing I got was the 2 liter

I love this place. I get their cauliflower pizza and feel guilt-free with my diet restrictions and it tastes so good! You don't even know your not eating 'real' pizza. The employees are cool and surprisingly they remember who I am and sometimes my order. If I could change one thing is that I couldn't find an outlet to charge my laptop so I had to go home earlier then I wanted to do my schoolwork while I eat. Regardless, If your trying to decide between donatos and any other pizza joint. I highly recommend this place especially if your keto.

I was given the wrong pizza. When I got home, I discovered a large pepperoni pizza instead of the large veggie pizza I ordered. I called the store manager to address the mistake, but he responded rudely. I asked for a replacement pizza instead of a refund. His response was, "I am going to remake you a pizza and that's how I'm making it right."
After receiving the replacement pizza, we found a small piece of either chicken or beef in it. As lifelong vegetarians, this was unacceptable. I have attached a picture for reference. Exhausted, my wife called the store and spoke with Spencer Howard, who claimed to be one of the managers. He was extremely rude and insisted it was a mushroom. We know what a mushroom looks like.
@Donatos. I wish this conversation was recorded. Spencer Howard's customer service was appalling. How will you address this issue? And by addressing the issue, if you want to do right by your customers, please let go Spencer that is the worst customer service I've ever experienced in lifetime.
The cashier charged us for water cups, and wasn’t happy we came in to spend money here so the company can make money to pay their employees. If you don’t like working here go somewhere else.
