This location is a hit or miss, most of the time it’s a miss! I have lived in this neighborhood for almost 3 years and once it became 2025 this restaurant has struggled. I have simple orders! I love a veggie sub and I do modify my sub. Depending on who is working will depend on how my sub looks and tastes. I order my veggie sub with no onion, no Italian dressing, and well done baked. I cannot tell you how many times this has been done wrong and I’ve had to call the store and have them remake it, and run back to the store. I may be 7 mins away but how annoying is the inconvenience. There is a woman in there that makes the sub amazing every time but unfortunately she is not always at the sub station. She has told me multiple times that she needs to train others on how to properly build the sub and have them toast the bread separately from toasting the toppings. Well I wish everyone would get it right ! Long story short, I decided to do this review today because my order from my sub issue to the pizza quality has pushed me over the edge. It’s so bad that I want to get a job there just to be the next person at the sub station who makes superb subs. It’s not that hard! So here are photos of my order last night. ***My sub was poorly made, my individual cheese pizza looked a mess! The sub was saturated in Italian dressing to the point there was a large puddle in the box. No tomatoes on it, barely any toppings other than a bunch of lettuce and banana peppers. This pizza came just as it looks. It looks like someone separated the slices and it’s just not attractive to look at. There is a huge speed bump in the middle as well. I am so disappointed and I wish they would get new management and new people.

They did not get our pizza right and instead of being polite and try to make it right we got a lecture on how we need to be better on catching their mistakes and they still did not make the pizza right the second time.

Rude manager, would absolutely never do business here again.. Would rather drive the extra 2 miles to get Pizza House… the food was okay but not up to par.

Three weeks ago I tried to order food from Donatos. You cannot call a store. They send you to a call center. I had an Indian woman. God bless her she’s only doing what they’re telling her to do. “Do you want to add a cookie?” “No” “do you want to add a aub” “no” “do you want to add Pepsi” I finally just gave up and hung up. I try and door dash them. I tried to remove the tomatoes and peppers from my sub. I get a note “this store does not allow you to have preferences”. So I didn’t order the sub. HEY DONATOS!!! News flash - YOU GUYS SELL PIZZA! Wouldn’t the number one thing you do be to make ordering your pizza at least somewhat possible? I’m not saying easy, or kinda easy, just possible. Oh and one more thing, it’s 2024 I have never ordered a sub from anywhere where they forced me to “take it as is”. I mean I ordered a washer and dryer online for 1000 dollars for delivery tomorrow and they let me not order the hoses. I made a change! Apparently, you guys struggle with not putting tomatoes on a sub. Do you ever think “man what happened to Blackberry? Had the market cornered and just couldn’t adjust”. Poor leadership led them to bankruptcy. In 10 years we’ll all be saying “damn donatos had good pizza but you just couldn’t order it”. Pull it together.

Donatos is my favorite pizza chain. I've never been to this one before, but it was spectacular like they always are. I get the cauliflower crust now. It's the perfect size, and so tasty!
Vegetarian options: Their veggie pizza is amazing, and you can customize any pizza too. Lots of tasty veggie options!
Dietary restrictions: If you tell them what you need, they'll accommodate you.
Parking: Lots of spots available when I was there!
Kid-friendliness: My kids love this pizza. The tiny pieces make it seem like it's for them, but there's always plenty for everyone.
Wheelchair accessibility: You could easily get a wheelchair inside and put it at a table to sit and eat if you wanted to dine in.
I ordered an Ubereats order a half hour before close. The manager called me back after close to let me know the driver could pick up the order through the drive thru since the doors were locked. Most employees are in such a rush to get home after close. But Bethany was giving great customer service... even after close!!!

She helped me the first few times when there were a couple mistakes with my order and now I only come to this Donatos. I really appreciate the customer service here at this location.

I’m heavily disappointed ! I trashed everything except the Dr Pepper. I’m upset! The driver got here 4 minutes before the order was due. So based off my past experience in food. The driver was the only one who earned his keep.
