I remember when Donatos had great food. As the price went up the quality took a nose dive. I’ve included a picture of our “edge to edge” pepperoni. The pizza is cold, stuck to the box, not what we ordered and overpriced. The driver couldn’t get in to pick it up at first so I called. No one answered any of the three times. So I called another Donatos in the area to see what I could do. The first guy was major rude and just tried to push me off like my business didn’t matter. The second person was a manager and was not rude. Five phone calls and multiple texts and my food is crappy. I wish I could leave zero stars.

This location is horrible! Unfortunately it is the only one that delivers to my house and my kids love it. If you order sauce, you aren’t getting sauce. If you order extra sauce, you’re not getting your money back. If you order delivery, you’re probably getting someone else’s order, and it will probably be late. They use DoorDash for deliveries so if you call to complain they try to redirect you there. If you pick up your order in person, you’re lucky to have someone help you at the counter to pick up the order and it probably won’t be ready in time. Avoid avoid avoid!

This place NEVER gets our order right. That's why I go to Worthington. But I didn't want to drive tonight so I ordered delivery. Food was incorrect and then the driver didn't have CHANGE so we had to give him a 15 tip!! Then!!!! I called to make the complaint and I was hung up on THREE times. Please close this one down or train your employees about being professional, read and follow basic instructions. SAD

I ordered mariachi beef pizza with extra sour cream. Our order came with no sour cream. I tried talking to the delivery driver (He spoke no English). Called the store & was hung up on 3 times. This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered & got no sour cream. Will never order again.

I ordered a salad to go with no onion. It was probably made earlier today because the lettuce was a bit wilty and guess what? It was packed with onions. I can't eat it so I wasted my money on the salad. The crust was not crunchy like they advertise either.

Waited 44 minutes for a single pizza order quoted for 15 minutes. Building is run down, staff uninterested in anything beyond arguing with the 3rd party delivery drivers. Avoid this place.
Great meeting room space. Great seating as well. Only looked like 2 people working when I came in at 6:30pm, so had to wait for one of the cooks to come out and take orders. He got busy taking orders for the group so food coming out of the oven was just waiting for 5-7 minutes before he go back and bring it out.

Absolutely horrible, I've been coming here for over 30 years, meatball pizza was burnt on one end because it couldn't get out of the oven because orders were stacked up, dry rub wings had no seasoning on them and were like rubber, had to wait on wings, but my pizza was already done so it got cold, $40. Thrown away, save your money, go somewhere else....
