We've had normally good service here, only a few little mistakes. Today I waited 40 minutes past the quoted delivery time. Our 2 pizzas were burnt on top and cold and the wings were cold. Donatos is too expensive to get service like this.
I literally have a problem every time we order, and the mangers are so rude!!
This location is always slow and I’ve never had such bad service. They hung up on me when I called to find out how much longer it will be. State st. Is closer to me yet they tell me I have to use this bad service location every time I call or use the app. While I don’t think dominos is better there delivery is faster and I can see where my order is at on their app.
